| Objective:To reveal the regularity of differentiation and treatment in syndrome of dampness-heat spleen and stomach by exploring the relationship in "syndrome-symptom-medicine".Method:In this study, about 231 case records have been gathered through collecting, screening, data preprocessing and database establishing. On the basis of four branch types, it has investigated the relationship in "syndrome-symptom-medicine" by using frequency statistics and association rules analysis. Therefore, with deep analysis on high-frequency symptom, medicine and couple medicines, it has screened the indication, principle of treatment and prescription and herb which can meet the clinical needs.Result:According to the result of "syndrome-symptom", "symptom-medicine", "syndrome-medicine", reduce the pathomechanism of dampness-heat spleen and stomach syndrome to dampness, heat, stagnation, deficiency. On the clinical, medicine is primary by having the action of clear heat and moisten dryness, rectify qi and abduct stagnation, invigorating spleen and replenishing qi herbs. Syndrome differentiation is difference in the different types, it is the same with medication in clinical.Conclusion:The result of data mining is accordant with the traditional theory of TCM, and it is both reasonable and practicability. Thus, it has provided a foundation of syndrome differentiation in syndrome of dampness-heat spleen and stomach, and also a reliable reference and basis of clinical treatment. |
