Research On Danggui Sini Decoction Based On Data Mining Technology

Derived from Treatise on Cold Damage,Dang Gui Si Ni Tang is a special formu la in treating reversal counterflow cold of the limbs caused by blood deficiency and c old congealing.This prescription of rigorous prescribing,simple substances and outstan ding effects has developed from Gui Zhi Tang.It is highly praised and widely used b y generations of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioners.In order to improve the application of traditional formulas in modern clinical practice and widen the way to improve the clinical effects of TCM,this paper discusses the theory of the relatio n between formulas and syndromes of Dang Gui Si Ni Tang,and analyzes and summ arizes the application and development by ancient and modern TCM practitioners,as f or the further exploration of differentiation of formulas and syndromes via data mining and literature research.This thesis mainly contains four parts:The literature review:To fully understand the scope of the modern clinical applic ation and the chief syndrome and diseases by collecting and sorting out the recent cli nical reports and the latest experimental research in recent decades.On this basis,the current development process of pharmacological research should be paid attention to,in order to provide guidance for clinical application.The theoretical research of the formula and syndromes of Dang Gui Si Ni Tang:Firstly,to point out the origin of Dang Gui Si Ni Tang,and supplement relevant artic les.Secondly,to arrange the theoretical research of the formula and syndromes of Da ng Gui Si Ni Tang.Based on the previous literature and the fundamental theory of T CM and after studying and analyzing the substances,the prescription,causes,pathogen esis,positions and symptoms via various aspects and views,it concludes that the main disease position of Dang Gui Si Ni Tang is in the liver meridian,and the main path ogenesis is yin and yang out of kilter.Furthermore,to summarize and analyze the syn dromes of syncope separately caused by cold,heat,qi,water and roundabout in Treati se on Cold Damage in order to provide guidance for the clinical identification of the syndromes.Finally,by way of collating and discussing the TCM classification of dys menorrhea and data analysis,it is proved that Dang Gui Si Ni Tang has good therape utic effect on the dysmenorrhea of blood deficiency and cold congealing type,which has close relation to this kind of disease.The modern medical research of Dang Gui Si Ni Tang based on data analysis:th e recent 60-year clinical case reports concluding diseases,symptoms,tongue coatings,pulse images and dose are collected to compare the frequency and percentage of the c ollecting data via the corresponding statistical database established in SPSS 20.0 softw are.Total 67 clinical cases from 27 literatures were included in the data analysis.Acc ording to statistics,in modern clinical practice,Dang Gui Si Ni Tang is mainly used for the treatment of body meridian syndrome,such as arthralgia syndrome,frozen sho ulder and waist pain.Secondly,it is often used in the treatment of gynecological dise ases such as dysmenorrhea,amenorrhea,metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.Through descript ive statistical analysis,it can be seen that the clinical application of Dang Gui Si Ni Tang is characterized by cold hand and foot,chill,fatigue,pale face,pale red tongue,white moss and thin pulse.The commonly used clinical dosage is:Dang Gui 15g,G ui Zhi 10g,Bai Shao 12g,Xi Xin 3g,Mu Tong 10g,Gan Cao 6g,Da Zao 10g.A systematic review(Meta analysis)of randomized controlled trials of Dang Gui Si Ni Tang and its addition and subtraction to prevent dysmenorrhea from 1995 to Oc tober 2017 was carried out.A total of 13 randomized controlled trials involving 1087 patients were included in this study.Analysis results reveals:the treatment of Dang G ui Si Ni Tang can significantly improve the cure rate(OR=3.09,95%CI[2.00,4.78],Z=5.08,P<0.00001)and total effective rate(OR=8.31,95%CI[5.37,12.87],Z=9.51,P<0.00001),and reduce the recurrence rate(OR=0.21,95%CI[0.12,0.38],Z=5.20,P<0.00001)when treating the dysmenorrhea of blood deficiency and cold congealing type.To sum up,this research makes a thorough discussion of the relation between for mulas and syndromes as well as the principles of differentiation of syndromes of Dan g Gui Si Ni Tang,through four aspects of literature review,theoretical discussion,me dical case statistics and evidence-based medicine.On the basis of previous experiences,this study aims to figure out the mechanism of the relation between formulas and sy ndromes of Dang Gui Si Ni Tang and to provide some references for extending its cl inical application.
