ObjectiveProplapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is currently one of the common cl ini cal condi tions.With the impact of increasing social pressure on people,the pace of life accelerated,the wide application of electronic products and long hours sitting and lying etc unhealthy life styles,high incidence of disease in the middle age and elderly has gradually become younger.Prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc has gradually become a disease that is familiar to the general public.It is a common disease,frequently ?occurring disease in Orthopedics,acupuncture,rehabilitation department.The patient normally present with sudden lower back pain,limited range of motion,difficulty of moving around or aggravated chronic lower back pain.Clinical symptoms include lower back pain,sciatica,cauda equina syndrome and so on,having a great impact on patients' lives,there has no efficacious drug at present,and it is easy to recur.Therefore exploring a better,safe and effective treatment method has no doubt become a Clinical subject to be solved.Method90 cases of prolapse of lumbar interertebral disc patient with clinical diagnosed were randomly divided into chiropractic group,electroacupuncture group and electroacupuncture combined with chiropractic group.Diversify chiropractic technique which has been widely used in australia has been introduced in chiropractic group.Point used in electroacupuncture group are Jiaji,Shenshu(BL23),Dachangshu(BL25),weizhong(BL40),Yanglinquan(GB34),Chenshan(BL57),Kunlun(BL60)etc.Korean Acupoint N erve Stimulation instrument with dilatational wave has been involved in electroacupuncture group.The subject of electroacupuncture combined with chiropractic group were treated with electroacupuncture followed by chiropractic.All three groups were treated for 4 weeks.JOA?ODI?SF-MPQ?SF-36?Lumbar flexion and extension range of motion improvement and clinical effect were continuously evaluated before and after treatment.Resu tsAfter 4 weeks treatment,JOA?ODI?SF-MPQ presented significant improvement in all three groups.In regards to SF-36 physiological function,Somatic pain,general health,Energy level,Social function,Emotional function and mental health etc,All three groups presented a marked improvement.JOA,SF-36 physiological function,Social function and Therapeutic effect constituent ratio showed no significant differences between three groups,while other indicators presented with significant differences between groups.A comparison of multiple indicators in the group of Electroacupuncture combined with chiropractic showed a significant improvement over the other two groups.Concusion1.Chiropractic and electroacupuncture have decent clinical effect in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar interertebral disc.2.electroacupuncture combined with chiropractic is more effective than any single treatment method in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar interertebral disc.3.chiropractic,electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture combined with chiropractic are safe and effective in treating prolapse of lumbar interertebral disc...
