Clinical Efficacy Of Mid-aged And Older Lumbar Disc Herniation By Treatment Of Chiropractic South Shaolin Hand Shoulder Rotation Waist Improved With Traction

Objective:The aim of this subject is to evaluate the clinical effects of chiropractic south Shaolin hand shoulder rotation waist improved as the treatment for mid-aged and older lumbar disc herniation.Providing clinical support to make the treatment strategy more optimizations.Methods:Select 100 patients with LDH who met the requirement during Jul 2015 to Sep 2016,according to the order of treatment,adopted the method of random number table method according to the proportion of 1:1 randomly divided into control group(traditional chiropractic manipulative therapy)and treatment group(chiropractic south Shaolin hand shoulder rotation waist improved),the number of cases in each group(n=50).two groups of patient were receiving treatment six times a week,every other day carried six times for a course.After two course of treatment for clinical treatment groups were compared in the following areas:two groups of patients before and after treatment of VAS scores,carry out Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)low back pain scores,activity lumbar flexion and extension,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.Two sets of date obtained SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis.Result:1.Baseline comparison:two groups in gender,age,course of disease aspects by statistical analysis showed no significant difference(P>0.05),that is comparable.Two groups in segmental distributin,protuberance position,protuberance size aspects by statistical analysis showed no significant difference(P>0.05),that is comparable.2.Compare the clinical efficacy:The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment showed significant differences(P<0.05).3.VAS scores:VAS scores were significant different(P<0.05)two groups of patients after treatment.4.JOA low back pain scores:JOA low back pain scores were significant different(P<0.05)two groups of patients after treatment.5.Activity lumbar flexion and extension:two groups of patients after treatment of activity lumbar flexion and extension were significant different(P<0.05).Conclusions:Mid-aged and older lumbar disc herniation by treatment of chiropractic south Shaolin hand shoulder rotation waist improved has a better effect.It alleviated the patients'subjective pain and increased the patients' activity lumbar flexion and extension,that had advantages over traditional chiropractic manipulative therapy.Being worth generalizing and applying in clinical practice.
