Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With American Chiropractic On L4-5 Lumbar Disc Herniation

Purpose:To establish a simple acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation as a control group,to explore the effect of acupuncture combined with American chiropractic treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and to explore the efficacy and theoretical basis of clinical application of this method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,thereby improving the cure rate and recurrence rate of the disease.Material and method:The patient source was outpatients and hospitalized patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from2016 to 2018,all of which met the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation in the 1994 Chinese Medicine Administration Diagnostic and Efficacy Standards for TCM Syndrome The number of patients was 60,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1.30 patients were a group.The control group received simple acupuncture treatment once a day,5 times for one course of treatment,and 4 courses for treatment.Acupuncture treatment: let The patient took the prone position,the main points: Ashi points,life gate(double),Shenshu(double),large intestine Yu(double),Guan Yuan Yu(double),small intestine(double),bladder Yu(double);Take the rank side,the Central Committee,the Kunlun,the ring jump,the Zusanli,and Yangling Spring.Using a needle of 1.5 mm needle to achieve a needle feel,each time the needle is 30 m in the acupuncture depth of the back acupuncture point of the life gate,Shenshu,Dachangshu,Guanyuanshu,Xiaochangshu,bladder Yu and other 0.5-1 inch;the depth of acupuncture points is 2.0-3.0 inches;the depth of acupuncture at Zusanli and Yanglingquan is 1.0-2.0 inches;the depth of acupuncture at Venezuela and Kunlun is 0.5-0.8 inches.Manipulation,stop the needle after getting gas,the intensity of acupuncture should be appropriate,flat and flat diarrhea;hip,thigh acupoints to radiate to the foot,toe is appropriate;leave the needle for 30 min,the needle in the process of needle retention.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with American chiropractic treatment: acupuncture once a day(the same method as the acupuncture method of the control group),a course of treatment 5 times,four courses of treatment,two courses of American chiropractic techniques,in the needle The third course of treatment begins,and the treatment is performed every other day.Results:After 4 courses of clinical treatment,the treatment group: 16 cases were cured,6cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.3%;the control group: 8 cases were cured,markedly effective 6 For example,7 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 70%.There was significant difference between the two groups.P<0.05,the treatment group(93.3%)was significantly higher than the control group(70%).Significance:The results of this study suggest that the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with American chiropractic therapy for L4-5 lumbar disc herniation is better than that of acupuncture alone.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group can effectively alleviate lumbar disc herniation.Related symptoms,the treatment group in the overall efficacy was significantly better than the control group,in the VAS pain score,improved JOA subjective symptoms were significantly better than the control group.
