Clinical Observation Of Treatment For Cervical Spondylosis With The Dong’s Extra-point "Sanzong Pionts" Coordinate Dongqi Acupuncture Method

ObjectResearch the clinical effect of the Dong’s Extra-point "Sanzong pionts",Tianzong Dizong and Renzong coordinate Dongqi Acupuncture method treating Neck-type cervical spondylosis.Methods68 cases Subjects(Neck-type cervical spondylosis)were recruited from the acupuncture clinic of Guangdong Jianxiang Hospital Group.Subjects are Divide into the Experience group(34 person)and control group(34 person)By using simple random method.The Experience group all Treating by Dong’s Extra-point“Sanzong pionts”,Tianzong Dizong and Renzong coordinate with Dongqi Acupuncture method;Acupuncture at Tianzong,dizong and Renzong points on the opposite side,with a depth of 1.0 inch.After getting Qi,the patient was instructed to rotate the head and neck and performed antagonistic movements respectively with the doctors.The range of activity gradually increased from small to large.The needle was kept for 10 minutes and every 3 minutes rowing once,and the neck movement was cooperated during the period of keeping the needle.Compared from the Experience group,the control group was treated with routine filiform acupuncture on the bilateral(Tianzhu,Fengchi,Bailao,Jianjin and Houxi)coordinate with Pingbupingxie Acupuncture method,The acupuncture was kept for 30 minutes and every 10 minutes rowing once,Using the Northwick Park Neck Pain Scale(NPQ)and the McGill pain scale as an evaluation index,evaluate the therapeutic effect,NPQ and McGikll scores were compared of the two groups before the treatment,after 3 tines treatment,after the whole treatment and 1 month after treatment.Data before and after treatment were recorded into statistical software(SPSS20.0)for statistical analysis.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the basic information(gender,age,course of disease,education level)between the experience group and contral group(P>0.05).Comparison of total effective rate between the two groups:there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the same group’ s NPQ score:There was significant difference in NPQ score after 3 times of treatment,after treatment and 1 month after treatment Compared with before treatment(P<0.05).after treatment and 1 month after treatment compared with after treatment for 3 times was significant difference in NPQ score(P<0.05).Compared with after treatment and 1 month after treatment in NPQ score,the control group was no significant difference(P>0.05),but the experimental group was significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the two group’s NPQ score:There was no difference in NPQ score between the two groups before treatment,after 3 times of treatment and after treatment(P>0.05),but significant difference in NPQ score at the end of 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the same group’ s MPQ score:There was significant difference in MPQ score after three 3 of treatment,after treatment and one month after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the two group’ s MPQ score:There was no difference in MPQ score before treatment,after 3 times of treatment,after treatment and 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).ConclusionDong’ s Extra-point "Sanzong" points,Tianzong,dizong and Renzong points combined with Dongqi acupuncture method,have a definite and long-term effect on cervical spondylosis.From the aspect of scheme implementation,the acupuncture points of "Sanzong points" of Dong’s Extra-point,Tianzong,dizong and Renzong,are few and precise,easy to operate and easy to popularize and apply clinically.
