Literature Study On The Prevention And Treatment Of Stomach Pain By Traditional Chinese Medicine In Qing Dynasty

Objective:to summarize the establishment of relevant Weitong prescription and its composition in Qing Dynasty,and to explore the similarities and differences of drug selection in modern clinical conditions.Methods:the collection of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine in Qing Dynasty was collected,which focused on the names,etiology and pathogenesis of symptoms related to stomachache,preventive treatment and prescription drugs.The prevention and treatment of stomachache,the database of prescription drugs,the regularity of prescriptions were established,and the statistical results were compared and analyzed.Results:in the basic treatment direction of preventing and treating stomachache,the traditional Chinese medicine focused on "attack" and"tonic".Since Qing Dynasty,the same place,in order to correct and eliminate evil spirits also,but different,the Qing Dynasty to warm mainly,modern more to adjust band complement.Conclusion:1.We should pay attention to the fact that there are no symptoms of disease prevention in advance.Prevention of recurrence after recovery of the disease in these three directions to strengthen the defense of stomach pain treatment.2.Lizong Qi,warm spleen and stomach,activating blood and removing blood stasis and dispersing cold qi and clearing away dampness and heat and detoxification are the same treatment as clearing dampness and heat detoxification The important way to heal the stomach is the current Chinese medicine is not allowed to be biased abandoned.3.The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for treating stomach pain in Qing Dynasty are mainly warm and tonic,while modern Chinese medicine is selected in the middle.The focus of prescription is to adjust the traditional Chinese medicine.
