The Literature Review And Research Of Lung Distension And Treatment In The Qing Dynasty

Research background:The stage of cough and dyspnea,prominent eyes and other symptoms in many chronic lung diseases of modern doctors belong to the treatment category of’Lung distension"in the ancient Chinese medicine.The data show that the incidence rate and mortality rate of chronic lung diseases are increasing year by year,which is harmful to human health and brings huge losses to social production and economy.And in the current medical practice,western medicine can not achieve strong therapeutic effect,the benefit risk ratio is not good enough,and lung disease has been the dominant subject of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,the author hopes to explore the treatment experience of such diseases in the ancient Chinese medicine literature,and supplement the short board of Western medicine to relieve the medical pressure of chronic lung diseases.Research purposes:To summarize the concept,pathogenesis and treatment of "Lung distension"in the ancient books of the Qing Dynasty,and to explore the understanding and experience of the doctors of the Qing Dynasty on lung distension,so as to provide reliable ancient literature basis for the clinical treatment of "Lung distension",in order to improve the clinical treatment of lung distension.Research object:This paper only studies the related literature of "lung distension" recorded in ancient books of the Qing Dynasty,and the reason why it does not involve other disease names equal to "lung distension" is that other disease names similar to "lung distension" belong to the understanding of physicians themselves,and it is unknown whether there were subtle differences at that time or not,so the author wants to sort out the related literature of the Qing Dynasty and the experience of syndrome and treatment.Research methods:Literature research method:Taking"Lung distension"as the key word,we screen out the literature materials recording"Lung distension"syndrome and treatment in the electronic publication"Chinese medical code",and extract the retrieval contents,and use this as the clue to search the entity books,select a better version of the physical book as the literature for the final study.After sorting out the collected data,the author makes a special analysis of the works on the treatment of lung distension,and sums up the whole knowledge in the works on the treatment of lung distension.At the same time,using Google Academic,Baidu academic search platform,CNKI,wanfang database,to"Lung inflation","Cough asthma","Shangqi"as the theme search terms,a comprehensive collection of’Lung inflation"-related modern literature.Frequency analysis method:SPSS23.0 software was used to calculate the frequency of use and class of drugs in the prescriptions for treating lung distension before and during the Qing Dynasty,the change of drug leading trend in treating lung distension before the Qing Dynasty and in the Qing Dynasty was obtained.Research contents:The text of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part:This paper expounds the reasons for studying the definition of lung distension of the Qing Dynasty doctors and its syndromes and therapeutic principles,namely the background of the study.In ancient books,the definition of lung distension is vague,and the difference between lung impotence,lung carbuncle,lung arthralgia,cough and asthma is not very clear.The relationship between lung distension and modern diseases is also more complex,the concept of lung distension is larger,many modern diseases are considered to belong to the category of lung distension,but there is no unified cognition.The author sorted out the source of lung distension before the Qing Dynasty and divided it into three periods to introduce the relevant contents of lung distension in ancient books.The records of lung distension in emperor’s internal classic and synopsis of prescriptions of golden chamber in pre-qin and Han dynasties are the basis of diagnosis and treatment of lung distension in later ages.Jin Sui Tang period,Zhenjiu Jiayijing in the first record with acupuncture treatment of lung distension,Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang in the first record with Moxibustion treatment of lung distension.In Sui Dynasty,Chao Yuan Fang put forward a new type of syndrome of deficiency of origin and excess of superficiality and superficiality.Many prescriptions for lung distension were recorded in the Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang and the secret of the Outer Station.These comprehensive medical books on the treatment of lung distension records can be roughly seen before the Tang understanding of lung distension and treatment ideas.In the song,Yuan and Ming dynasties,the prescriptions recorded in the large-scale fangshu Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang and Sheng Ji Zong Lu were more innovative than those recorded in the previous generations,and there were not too many duplicate prescriptions,and they were mostly made of Zhu San Ji.In the Yuan dynasty,Zhu Danxi divided the causes of cough into wind-cold,Phlegm,Fire Depression,labor injury and lung distension.In the Ming dynasty,doctors began to compare lung distension with other diseases.They believed that the symptoms of lung distension were caused by turtle-chest disease,croup,and horse spleen wind.The second part:Summarizes the development of medicine in the Qing Dynasty.The medicine in the coastal areas developed rapidly and the epidemic of epidemic febrile diseases was prevalent.This paper uses File Locator pro software to search the contents of the Chinese medical code,sorts the frequency of’Lung distension"in the ancient books of the Qing Dynasty,puts the top 10 ancient books into the research category,and pick out the six books whose contents are really important.The third part:This paper summarizes and sorts out the fragmented content of lung distension in ancient books of the Qing Dynasty from four aspects:concept,pathogenesis,treatment,analysis of drug use.The Qing Dynasty had a new understanding of the definition of lung distension,lung distension and other diseases more comparative analysis,to observe the similarities between them.In the Qing Dynasty,doctors had a more comprehensive understanding of the location of lung distension,and thought that lung distension could be caused by pathological changes of lung,spleen,kidney and liver.The understanding of etiology and pathogenesis can be considered from the angle of"Wind","Cold","Heat","Phlegm","Blood stasis"and"Deficiency".The principles and methods of treatment were summarized.The traditional Chinese medicines in the prescriptions for treating lung distension of the Qing Dynasty doctors and those of the pre-qing dynasty doctors were singled out,and the drug frequency analysis and the drug class frequency analysis were carried out to compare the data of the two periods,in the Qing Dynasty,the frequency and taste of antipyretic drugs used by doctors were increased,which indicated that the frequency of heat syndrome of lung distension in the Qing Dynasty was more frequent than that of the previous generation.In addition,the drugs of diuresis and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and astringency were all promoted compared with the drugs of the Qing Dynasty,which showed that doctors paid more attention to edema,blood stasis and pure deficiency.The fourth part:Sorting out and summarizing the medical records of the Qing Dynasty doctors in treating lung distension,according to the etiology and pathogenesis,it can be divided into six categories:"Wind-cold,phlegm-retention","Stagnation of heat in the lung","Warming pathogen in the lung","Water-dampness in the lung","Weakness of the lung and spleen".At the same time,this paper also summarizes the cases of misdiagnosis and mistreatment,and concludes that there are three kinds of misdiagnosis and mistreatment:wrong selection,repeated treatment more serious.Research results:1.Expansion of the concept of lung distension.In the Qing Dynasty,doctors thought that lung distension was the extreme of asthma,which was the degree of asthma.Lung distension is a condition in which the lungs are distended.Or think pregnant consumptive disease,oedema can cause lung distension.Lung distension means quacking,wheezing,etc..Through the records of doctors in the Qing Dynasty on lung distension from the causes and pathogenesis to the treatment of symptoms,it can be seen that the word "istension"of lung distension is very worth exploring.The disorder of Qi,blood and body fluid,and the accumulation of pathological products all lead to lung distension,so this "Bloating"can be extended to"Bloating","Water bloating","Sputum bloating","Blood bloating"and so on.With the continuous evolution of modern disease spectrum,in the future,no matter what kind of disease,as long as there are symptoms of lung distension,and diagnosed patients are"Gas distension","Water distension"or "Sputum distension","Blood distension"and so on,and then flexible treatment.2.The understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of lung distension is relatively perfect.In the Qing Dynasty,doctors’ understanding of the syndrome and treatment of lung distension was innovative on the basis of inheritance.The position of the disease is not only in the lung,but also in the liver,spleen and kidney.Based on the prevalence of epidemic febrile diseases in the Qing Dynasty,more attention should be paid to the effect of pathogenic factors on lung distension.There is also a deeper understanding of the causes of other diseases that have been documented throughout history.The pathogenesis of lung distension is classified into six categories:Wind,cold,heat,Phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency.3.The classification of lung distension syndrome gradually improved.The author classifies the knowledge of lung distension syndrome in the medical books of the Qing Dynasty into six types:heat pathogen invading lung syndrome,wind-cold stagnation syndrome,wind-cold and phlegm-retention syndrome,phlegm-heat accumulation syndrome,blood stasis and PHLEGM syndrome,Lung-spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome.The syndrome of heat invading lung and the syndrome of phlegm-heat inside are the characteristics of lung-distension syndrome in the Qing Dynasty.4.The understanding of lung-distension syndrome and treatment tends to be systematized gradually,and the medication is diversified,especially the table of clearing heat and resolving heat.In the Qing dynasty,the treatment of lung distension by doctors began to appear in a book for Systematic Records.Qing Dynasty doctors used more kinds of drugs than pre-qing dynasty doctors,Qing Dynasty doctors in the choice of drug wider than pre-qing dynasty doctors.And in the use of antipyretic drugs,pay more attention to antipyretic and antipyretic table than in previous dynasties,which had much to do with the prevailing social environment of febrile diseases at that time.5.There were many medical records of lung distension in Qing dynasty,and there were few records of lung distension before Qing dynasty,and the records of lung distension in Qing dynasty were perfect.In the medical records recorded,there were not only successful cases,but also cases of misdiagnosis and mistreatment,as well as clear identification of the symptoms of patients suffering from pulmonary distension as the death syndrome.It was suggested that doctors should have accurate syndrome differentiation,appropriate legislation,and be familiar with the symptoms of each stage of the disease,accurately.diagnose the critical phase of the disease.In order to use drugs such as God,these treatment errors and the duration of the record,medical students can learn lessons,better and faster to improve the clinical level.
