The Study Of The Clinical Application Law Of Shen Mai(BL62)before Qing Dynasty And Qing Dynasty

Objective:Through sorting literature of ShenMai acupoint before Qing Dynasty and Qing Dynasty,to Summarize its clinical application law.Methods:Using "ShenMai", "YangQiao", "GuiLu" as a search term to retrieve in the "Traditional Chinese Medical Encyclopedia",and selecting the provisions which record attending diseases cured by single ShenMai or compatibility of it, compatibility acupoints, and thorn moxibustion Features, then establishing relevant databases, and then using IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:There are 47 attending diseases of single acupoint and 19 advantageous diseases,and the top five diseases are Lumbago, Eye pain, Dizziness,Headache,Madness.There are 64 attending diseases of compatibility acupoints and 22 advantageous diseases, and the top five diseases are Epilepsy, Lumbago,Stroke,Foot pain,Headache. There are 127 compatibility acupoints,in which Houxi and Zhaohai are the most commonly used.There are 4 extra-acupoints,which are Shixuan, Bailao, Haiquan,and Taiyang.Common needling depth is "three fen", and needling time is "six or seven breath", Moxibustion amount of stimulation is "three zhuang".Conclusion:ShenMai are good at treating Limb meridian disease and Sick mind, Compatibility acupoints are major on the "yang jing",Common acupuncture and moxibustion was acupuncture and moxibustion,which provides a theoretical basis on research and clinical.
