Objective:Through the research of heart rate variability indicators of the needling of the left the sea points of the Shaoyang and Jueyin meridian(Tianjing point,Quze point)of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,explore the regularities of the changes of the autonomic nerve function change in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,provide the important basis for clinical treatment of autonomic function disorders in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Method:50 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups(Tianjing point group,Quze point group),25 cases in each group.Let the subjects supine quiet for 10 min,the testing of the dynamic ECG recorder,start the device for recording,in 5 min,using The needling of the left Quze point or of the left Quze point Tianjing point,needle perpendicular insertion depth of 1?1.5in or of 0.5?1in,during needle insertion be obtain qi after needle retention,10 min after needle retention,20 min after needle retention using nertral supplementation and draining method for 15 s,at 6rev/s,with a total of 90r,followed by needle withdrawal.an observation was made for 5min.5min before needle insertionduring indexes Lg(HF)showed significant difference and featured statistical significance at each needling time sections(P<0.01).The frequency domain indexes 1/SQRT(LF)was not significant difference and no statistical significance in 5min after needle withdrawal(P>0.05),and the the remaining time section sfeatured was featured statistical significance(P<0.01).LogLF/HF and Lg(HF%)were the featured statistical significance during needle insertion(P<0.01),15min after needle retention(P<0.05).The frequency domain indexes SQRT(LF%)was not signif-icant difference and no statistical significance at the parameter values of the indicators Lg(HF)?SQRT(LF%)?Lg(HF%)in the various time sections with 5min before needle insertion,the values of parameters in the various sections were reduced and featured statistical significance(P<0.01);In the comparisons of the values of the various time sections of' the indicators 1/SQRT(LF)with drawing with 5 min before needle insertion,the parameter values were elevated,and featured statistical significance(P<0.05),The remaining time sections had statistical significance(P<0.01).In the comparisons of the values of the various time sections of the indicators IogLF/HF of The needling of the left the Quze point with 5min before needle insertion,the values of parameters were reduced,and featured statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion1.The needling of the left the Tianjing point can decrease the vagus nerve tension and decrease sympathetic nerve tension in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.2.The needling of the left the Quze point can reduce the tension of vagus nerve and decrease the sympathetic nerve tension,and the balance of autonomic nerve tends to sympathetic advantage.3.The parameter values of HRV of The needling of the left the sea points of the Shaoyang and Jueyin meridian(Tianjing point,Quze point)of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease showed consistency.
