Clinical Research Of Jiangni Wuhe Decoction In The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis Of Qi Depression And Phlefm Obstruction Type

Objective:This research analyzed and evaluated the clinical efficacy of Jiangni Wuhe decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis of qi depression and phlefm obstruction type,so as to provide new reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease in the future.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Jiangni Wuhe decotion and the control group was treated with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Capsules and Mosapride Citrate Tablets,both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Clinical symptom scores,endoscopic grade and RDQ Scale scores of 2 group were recorded before and after treatment.RDQ Scale scores were followed up 4 weeks after treatment.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the drugs.Results: 1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the observation group was better than the control group in terms of clinical comprehensive efficacy and TCM syndromes efficacy(P<0.05);The two groups had the same clinical efficacy in improving endoscopic grade and RDQ scale score(P<0.05).2.In terms of TCM symptom score and RDQ scale score,there were significant statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.01),which was significantly better after treatment than before treatment.After treatment,the observation group was better than the control group in the scores of phlegm obstruction,chest discomfort and dysphagia(P<0.05).3.After 4 weeks of drug withdrawal,the follow-up RDQ scale score showed that the recurrence rate of the observation group and the control group were 20.00% and 46.15%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in terms of long-term efficacy.4.There were no adverse reactions during and after treatment in two groups.Conclusion: Jiangni Wuhe decotion has a definite effect on reflux esophagitis of qi depression and phlefm obstruction type.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the status of esophageal mucosa of patients.The long-term effect is reliable and the drug is safe,so it can be promoted in clinical practice.
