Clinical Study On Hewei Jiangni Prescription In The Treament Of Reflux Esophagitis Of Liver-Stomach Depression-Heat Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and recurrence of hepatic stagnation and esophagitis(RE)in the treatment of hepatic and stagnation type reflux esophagitis(RE),and to summarize the clinical significance of Hewei Decoction in the treatment of liver and stomach stagnation type RE.Methods:A total of 70 patients with liver and stomach stagnation type RE who were admitted to the spleen and stomach clinic and ward of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The treatment group was treated with Weijiang reverse prescription,and the control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets for 8 weeks.The TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients before treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and 8 weeks of treatment were recorded.The gastroscopic results of the two groups before and after treatment were scored,and the adverse reactions during the medication were monitored.Three months after the end of treatment,patients were followed up by clinic and telephone,and the patient’s recurrence was recorded.Finally,the statistical software SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis to compare the clinical effects and long-term recurrence of the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of hepatic and stagnation type reflux esophagitis.Results:In the end of the study,a total of 65 clinical observations of the patients were completed,33 in the treatment group and 32 in the control group.The data of gender,age,duration of disease,and esophageal mucosa under gastroscope were compared before treatment.P>0.05,comparable.The total effective rate of TCM symptoms: in the treatment group,0 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,26 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 84.85%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,0 cases were markedly effective,29 cases were effective,Ineffective in 3 cases,the total effective rate was 90.63%,P>0.05;in the treatment group,1 case was cured,8 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.91%,and the control group recovered 0 cases.3 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 78.13%,P>0.05.Total scores of TCM symptoms: At 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of the two groups were 10.85±3.13 and 12.13±2.49,respectively,compared with P>0.05.At 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of the two groups were 4.52±1.97 and 6.88±2.89,respectively,P<0.05.The main symptom of traditional Chinese medicine: When the treatment was performed for 4 weeks,the anti-acid and post-sternal burning scores of the two groups were compared,P>0.05,the indifference scores were compared P<0.05;the anti-acid and post-sternal burning points of the two groups were compared at 8 weeks of treatment,P>0.05,the noisy scores were compared P<0.05.TCM secondary disease: At 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups were upset,irritable,dry mouth and mouth bitter scores,P<0.05,both flank fullness,constipation scores were compared P>0.05;at 8 weeks of treatment,both groups were upset,irritability,dry mouth,bitterness,two flank fullness scores,P<0.05,constipation scores P>0.05.Gastroscope efficacy: 26 cases were cured in the treatment group,0 cases were markedly effective,1 case was effective,and 6 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 81.82%.In the control group,25 cases were cured,0 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 84.38%,P>0.05.Recurrence rate: After 3 months of treatment,the treatment group relapsed in 9 cases,24 cases did not relapse,the recurrence rate was 27.27%,18 cases in the control group,14 cases did not recur,the recurrence rate was 56.26%,P<0.05.Conclusions:(1)Hewei Jiangfang has a certain advantage in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with liver and stomach stagnation type RE,especially the main symptoms of noisy and minor illness,upset,irritability,dry mouth,bitterness and fullness.(2)Hewei Jiangfang has a better effect in reducing the recurrence rate of patients with liver and stomach stagnation type RE after 3 months of treatment.(3)Hewei Jiangnifang has a good effect on the treatment of liver and stomach stagnation type RE,which is worthy of further clinical application.
