In order to co-ordinate the development of economic and national defense,China proposed a national strategy of "Military Civilian Integration(MCI)" to provide impetus and support for realizing the win-win situation in national defense and economy.Aerospace transportation is the key area and leading industry of MCI.Critical elements in Chang'e series missions of aerospace transportation reside in that the rover travels over the surrounding undetermined environment of planet and conducts scientific exploration under the ground control via teleoperation system.Against the domestic,independent and controllable development demand of information technology in the field of aerospace transportation,there is no equivalent quality assessment method,technology,system and standard for the design,implementation,testing and maintenance of aerospace transportation teleoperation system in China.That means there is still no access or exit assessment mechanism for MCI at the technical level.Applying the theory of net assessment,the net assessment method of teleoperation system has been presented and the trustworthiness of teleoperation system has been accredited to solve the problems discussed above.What's more,a net assessment system of teleoperation system for aerospace transportation mission has been established to ensure the success of Chang'e-5(CE-5)mission,which provides technical support for the implementation of MCI strategy in deep space mission.The main research work and innovation of this dissertation are as follows:(1)The net assessment theory was introduced into the field of aerospace transportation for the first time.Besides,a net assessment method is proposed,that the mathematical model of net assessment system of the teleoperation system is established using formal method,the trustworthy evidence has been obtained automated,a quantitative judgment on the trustworthiness of teleoperation system is decided.During the joint debugging and commissioning of CE-5 mission,this net assessment method discovered the untrustworthy factors of system lifecycle accurately and solved the problem that the system quality is uncontrollable.As a result,the teleoperation system is realized with zero error.(2)Taking the software process documents,national military software standards and the domain features of aerospace transportation as the sources of trustworthy evidence,the mathematical model of net assessment index system is completed using formal Z notation.This model avoids the ambiguity and dynamic demand of the net assessment index of teleoperation system for Chang'e-4(CE-4)and CE-5 missions and ensures the accuracy and comprehensiveness of net assessment index,which lays the foundation for the automated collection of the trustworthy evidence.(3)Taking the formal specification of net assessment index system as input,an automated trustworthy evidence collection platform for teleoperation system is built.Based on this platform,the trustworthy evidence of the teleoperatin system for CE-4mission has been collected before mission launched,which guarantees the success of CE-4 teleoperatin mission.(4)A weighting method combined by analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method using deviation minimization method is proposed.What's more,this dissertation puts forward a research method to avoid the impracticality of mathematical theory weighting method.Firstly,all the data of the Manned Space Flight and Lunar Exploration Project in the past ten years is preserved long-term using visualization technology based on the localization of aerospace data resources.Then,the net assessment knowledge base is established following ontology theory.Besides,the virtual simulation environment of the net assessment of teleoperation system is constructed.Such that,engineering practice data can be used to optimize the mathematical weighting method continuously to improve the reliability and credibility of the weight of the net assessment index as far as possible.(5)To satisfy the core requirements of domestic,independent and controllable of aerospace transportation information technology,the design,development,testing,maintenance and assessment of teleoperation system were completed both on the Neo Kylin and Windows operating system.The cross-platform aerospace mission information push platform with independent intellectual property rights is realized,which provides safety guarantee for the implementation of Chang'e series missions.The above research results have been verified by he second phase of lunar exploration project,that accredited the trustworthiness of teleoperation system and guaranteed the success of CE-3 and CE-4 missions.Furthermore,the GJB9001C-2017 Weapon Equipment Quality Management System of our university has been established based this research,which provides a technical framework for development process improvement and quality assessment of information system for the subsequent missions of lunar exploration project and Mars exploration mission.
