Emergency transport security is an important part for completing the emergency rescuework smoothly and successfully. It is also important for responding to all kinds of publicemergencies. Facing the more and more emergencies recent years, with the increasingparticipation of military during the rescue operation, which are require more effectivecoordination of military and civilian emergency organization transportation security.The emergency transportation security issues based on the integration of military andcivilian has been put into practice for years, and has got good effect. But there is no sufficientsystematic study on it. Finally, we put forward some suggestions for its improvement.
