With the development of economy,science,technology and social needs,more and more projects are presented in the form of "cluster",such as the Beijing Olympic venues project,the Expo venues project,and the new urban municipal engineering project.Among them,the new city municipal engineering project has a very important role in promoting the effective connection of urban production factors,improving the regional human environment,driving urban economic growth,and improving regional competitiveness.However,this type of project has the characteristics of many project types,project organization,intertwined management interfaces,and difficult management.In the traditional project construction management mode,there are problems such as backward information communication,organization,and process management,which will affect the cluster project.With the continuous development of the integrated management trend of engineering construction projects,it is necessary to introduce BIM technology and related key technologies,to explore the integrated management mode,to help the new urban municipal engineering project management in the direction of integration,intelligence and lean.The new urban cluster municipal engineering project management model based on BIM technology is an important development direction of the current large-scale cluster engineering project management and the key to the successful implementation of integrated theory.The thesis focuses on the management practice of municipal engineering projects in new urban clusters,studies theories,new technologies and new management methods to propose an integrated management model with BIM as the core and construction management platform as an important part,and carries out BIM to GIS conversion and multi-source models conversion,to realize the integrated management of cluster projects from the dimensions of organizational integration,process integration and information integration.The specific research content and innovation results are as follows:(1)To study the theoretical foundation required for the development of the content of this article,including cluster projects,project management,integration related theories,BIM technology and characteristics,GIS technology,model lightweight technology,fusion of BIM and GIS technology,etc.It Provides theoretical support for further research.(2)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the cluster and the analysis of the characteristics of the municipal engineering project in the new city,the concept of the new urban cluster municipal engineering project is innovatively proposed.By using the method of meta-synthesis and introducing the concept of computer integrated construction,this paper proposes to adopt and innovatively expand the connotation of "organization-process-information" three-dimensional integration model.Then based on this,this paper further designs the framework of new urban cluster municipal engineering using BIM technology,and explain the meaning of it.Finally,it is expected to emerge new ability to deal with complex system problems,which is expected to solve the difficulties faced by the implementation of municipal engineering projects in the new urban cluster.(3)This paper systematically studies and innovatively proposes technical methods and implementation paths involved in the application of BIM technology in the new urban cluster municipal engineering project,and studies three-dimensional geological information modeling technology based on block method,three-dimensional tilt photography modeling technology based on large overlap rate mthod,multi-level planning hybrid modeling technology,design and construction modeling based on unified regional modeling standard,conversion technology of BIM to GIS,multi-source model fusion technology based on coordinate transformation and terrain leveling,and dynamic loading technology of multi-source models of linear octuple tree.By using these methods,this paper can effectively solve the problems in the application process of BIM technology.and lay the foundation for further realization of integrated management of municipal engineering projects in new urban clusters.(4)Combined with application requirements to build a BIM model as the information hub,integrate various types of element information for engineering construction,adopt BIM and 3DGIS technology and mixed mode of C/S and B/S,use microservices as the main line of service,build the overall architecture of the new urban infrastructure construction management platform,and finally complete the functional design at the project level and project cluster level.Through the integration of business processes and functional modules,the complexity of system integration can be effectively reduced,which can adapt to the characteristics of complex functions,data integration and business changes of new urban cluster municipal engineering projects,and realize the information integration in the process of cluster project implementation.(5)Taking the Shenzhen Qianhai Cluster Municipal Engineering Project as an example,the above research results are used in the building process.Through the innovative creation of three basic models,including three-dimensional geological information modeling,three-dimensional tilt photography modeling,planning hybrid modeling,various kinds of municipal engineering models including roads,comprehensive pipe gallery,landscape,etc.,the integration and application of building models,the application of design and construction BIM models,and the implementation of BIM-based construction management platform,the "human reason","administrative reason" and "physics reason" in the implementation process are effectively resolved.Finally it can realize an integrated management model based on organizational integration,process integration and information integration for the cluster municipal engineering projects in Qianhai.
