With the rapid development of China's social economy,urban rail transit engineering has been carried out on a large scale in many cities as an important part of urban infrastructure construction,which fundamentally solves urban traffic problems.However,the urban rail transit project is also more difficult to manage the project due to the construction period,the large number of stakeholders,the complexity of the professional system,the large amount of data and the difficulty of construction.Especially in the cost control,there is a situation that the settlement cost is much larger than the contract cost,which leads to the influence factors of the current situation,such as human factors,process control factors,efficiency factors,quality factors and schedule factors,among which the progress factor leads to the largest proportion of cost increase.This paper intends to conduct research under the background of the situation that the progress factor causes the cost increase.This paper integrates the construction phase progress and cost control of urban rail transit engineering by introducing the concept of integrated management.This integration is realized by means of integrated system ie BIM platform,and the GSVM-EVM combined forecasting model based on earned value method is established..The earned value method is a project management method that effectively integrates the progress and cost of the project.It selects two indicators,the progress performance index SPI and the cost performance index CPI,which reflect the characteristics of the earned value method,and predicts the two indicators.The aspect is to grasp the current situation and cost situation,and the second is to judge the trend of future projects in terms of progress and cost through the values of these two indicators,so as to provide support for the current decision-making.Finally,the integrated system architecture of urban rail transit engineering construction progress-cost combination forecasting model based on BIM platform is proposed.The architecture of integrated system and the construction progress-cost forecasting process based on BIM platform are proposed to realize the construction progress based on BIM platform.Cost forecasting integrated system management,as well as quantitative,real-time dynamic forecasting and early warning mechanisms,achieve active control and refined management in quantitative corrective analysis.Finally,the Xinyi Metro Line No.3 Xinyi Depot Project was selected as an example for empirical analysis.The GSVM-EVM combination forecasting model proposed in this paper was verified and applied.This paper provides an operational method for urban rail transit engineering to explore the refined control of cost from the progress level.On the basis of achieving integrated management of schedule and cost,it provides a new management idea for project managers to better control costs.It also promoted the transformation and development of urban rail transit engineering construction project management methods.
