Research On Transformation And Upgrade Path Of Foundry Industry Based On Mineral Resources

Abstract/Summary:
The foundry industry is connected to the mineral resources industry(primary processing of mineral products)and the equipment manufacturing industry(main engine),which plays an important role in the development of the national economy.However,due to the extensive development over a long period of time,China’s foundry industry has accumulated many problems and is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.Based on the theory of collaborative co-evolution and relevant research methods,this paper systematically and deeply analyzes various paths and the mechanism of collaborative co-evolution in the transformation and upgrading of China’s foundry industry.The research results are as follows:(1)The development status and trend of China’s foundry industry were analyzed.This paper summarizes the main problems existing in China’s foundry industry,including: large number of foundry enterprises,small scale,poor product quality stability and consistency,urgent improvement of innovation ability,high energy consumption,serious environmental pollution,low labor productivity,low enterprise management level,insufficient funds and financing difficulties;The grey model prediction method is used to predict the total casting production of China in each year before 2025,of which 65 million tons will be produced in 2025.The development trend of casting structure in China is analyzed qualitatively,such as the proportion of ductile iron and aluminum(magnesium)alloy castings in the total production will be further increased.(2)The collaborative theory is used to systematically analyze 11 entry paths and their collaborative paths in the transformation and upgrading of the casting industry,as well as the path chain and path chain network formed by it,and various paths and their collaborative operation mechanism are analyzed.The research shows that each kind of cutting path has its special condition of adaptation.At the same time,there will be differences in link time,link links and other aspects in the link process of various paths in collaboration with the entry path,which is related to the internal correlation among all paths,the urgency of collaboration and demand intensity.(3)The process and mechanism of the co-evolution of various cooperative paths are studied systematically by using co-evolution theory.In order to study the mechanism and rules of path collaborative co-evolution,this paper puts forward that the transformation and upgrading of China’s foundry industry can be divided into three stages: early stage,middle stage and late stage.On this basis,the internal mechanism of collaborative co-evolution among various paths is analyzed,including its dynamic mechanism,cooperative basis(resources and capabilities)and the law of spiral collaborative co-evolution through the learning,adaptation and innovation mechanism of actors.(4)The implementation of various existing paths in the transformation and upgrading of China’s casting industry during the 12 th five-year plan and the 13 th fiveyear plan period was studied,and typical cases of the transformation and upgrading of the casting industry in Botou city were combined,which proved to be consistent with the path collaborative co-modeling proposed in the paper.(5)Based on the above analysis and aiming at the problems still existing in the foundry industry,this paper puts forward measures and policy Suggestions to improve the transformation and upgrading path of China’s foundry industry and its synergistic co-evolution.
