| "carbon neutrality" has become a global consensus,and the global energy consumption structure,dominated by fossil energy,needs to be urgently transformed.China is a big energyconsuming country,and traditional energy accounts for a large proportion of energy consumption,it is of great significance to develop new clean energy for China’s current energy transformation.Among all kinds of new clean energy,photovoltaic power generation has many advantages,such as high conversion rate,rich application scene,eco-friendly and so on.The period of the 14 th five-year plan is a new opportunity period for the development of new clean energy,and the development of photovoltaic enterprises is facing an unprecedented bright prospect.However,the decline of policy subsidies,the advent of the era of affordable access to the internet and the risk of supply fluctuations and other situations put forward higher requirements for the development of photovoltaic enterprises,under the new development situation,PV enterprises can not seek high-speed development according to the past experience,but should seek new business model and development strategy through innovation drive,and upgrade to high-quality development.Based on this,this paper adopts a single case study method,first of all,discusses the path mechanism of the transformation and upgrading of photovoltaic enterprises driven by innovation,and secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation of the photovoltaic industry and enterprises,selecting the photovoltaic giant LONGi,which has the same development history as the domestic photovoltaic industry,this paper divides the enterprise development process into three stages: initial exploration period,growth and development period,and mature and transformation period,from four aspects of technology innovation,industrial chain innovation,Market Innovation and business model innovation,this paper analyzes the specific path of enterprise transformation and upgrading driven by innovation.In addition,this paper selects the relevant data of LONGi from 2013 to 2020 to analyze the performance of transformation and upgrading from two aspects of financial performance and innovation performance,which is convenient to exemplify the effect of transformation and upgrading driven by innovation.Through the case study,it is found that LONGi realize transformation and upgrading through innovation-driven in three stages of development.During the initial exploration period,the enterprise implements the technology innovation,uses the technology accumulation superiority to cross the boundary from the semiconductor manufacturer into the photovoltaic field,and embeds from the value chain high position,carry out high-investment R & D activities and forward-looking technology research,transform and upgrade into a professional monocrystalline silicon wafer manufacturer.In the period of growth and development,the enterprise implements the innovation of industrial chain,promotes the integrated development,extends to the middle and lower reaches of value chain,and through the market innovation,consummates the globalization layout,becomes the global leading integrated enterprise.During the new period of the 14 th five-year plan,LONGi is in the stage of mature transformation.The enterprise implements business model innovation,further extends to the lower reaches of the value chain with high added value,actively develops new racetrack,and realizes stable innovation.In the three stages of innovation and development,the overall performance has been in good shape,achieving the transformation and upgrading of the photovoltaic sector from a single silicon wafer manufacturer to a solar technology company,is the photovoltaic industry through innovation-driven transformation and upgrading of the representative of enterprises.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of PV Enterprises in China,aiming to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of PV enterprises in the new era. |
