With the continuous improvement of economic level, environmental safety issues have become increasingly serious; At the same time, affected by the epidemic, the demand for online fresh food has surged, and domestic fresh food e-commerce has accelerated the development of cold chain logistics. However, cold chain logistics started relatively late in China, and there was a phenomenon of sacrificing environmental benefits for economic benefits in the early stages of development, which ran counter to the goal of low-carbon development in China. Therefore,it is urgent to study the joint optimization of cold chain logistics inventory and distribution from a low-carbon perspective.Firstly, the status quo of cold chain logistics research is analyzed, and based on the elaboration of relevant theories, the current research achievements and shortcomings are summarized;Secondly, from a low-carbon perspective, using qualitative and quantitative research methods,an optimization model is constructed to measure the inventory and distribution costs of low-carbon cold chain logistics from eight dimensions, including two total cost models based on whether to consider saving carbon emissions costs. At the same time, the VMI model is used to optimize the inventory link of cold chain logistics, and a genetic algorithm is designed to optimize the distribution path of cold chain logistics. Then, based on the optimization model,an optimization solution is carried out for the M agricultural product cold chain distribution case to plan the optimal distribution path for the M agricultural product cold chain distribution center.Compare the inventory cost, distribution cost, and total cost of the two models before and after optimization. The results show that except for carbon emission costs, other costs have shown a downward trend. In the model that does not consider carbon emission cost savings, the carbon emission cost does not decrease but increases after optimization. The reason is that the carbon emission cost is ignored when considering the time window cost, resulting in an increase in carbon emission cost;In the model considering carbon emission cost savings, the carbon emission cost is reduced after optimization, which verifies the effectiveness of the optimization model constructed in this thesis in considering carbon emission cost savings. On this basis, sensitivity analysis is conducted on the carbon quota quantity and unit carbon emission price. Finally, from the perspectives of government and enterprises, practical countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to solve the problem of low-carbon development of cold chain logistics inventory and distribution, providing new ideas for solving the actual situation of cold chain logistics inventory and distribution. |
