Research On Enterprise Internationalization Of Hebei Province Under The Background Of Economic Globalization

Economic globalization is making the world economy experience a comprehensive and profound change,no country can fail to face the opportunities and challenges it gives.Companies in every country have accelerated the process of internationalization,and the multinational companies have become the protagonist in the world economic stage.So the internationalization of enterprises both in the developed countries and in the developing countries has become a hot topic of the international business research.At present,the world economy is in the process of deep adjustment,and its recovery power is insufficient,its geopolitical influence is aggravating,its uncertain factors increasing.Therefore,promoting the growth,increasing employment and adjusting the structure have become the international consensus.China's economy is in the the specific stage,namely “three-stage superposition”,and its economic development enters a new normal.However,economic downward pressure is still heavy,and the difficulties for some businesses,the lack of new economic growth momentum and the weakening of the old structural contradictions are still prominent.China's domestic market is becoming more and more open,and the degree of fierce competition in the market is increasing.Thus the issues should be considered on a larger scale and on a larger platform.The regional economic development is considered from an international perspective,which can expand the trade space,alleviate the employment pressure and contradiction in the region.“The new Silk Road Economic Zone” and “The 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road” strategic concept(hereinafter referred to as “One Belt and One Road”)stressed that the relevant countries should make every effort to build “community of interests”,in which every country can get benefits.“One Belt and One Road”,as an important long-term national development strategy,aims to solve the problems of the excess capacity market,the resources acquisition,the deep strategy,the national security enhancement and trade-led strategic issues.This is the first time in nearly 200 years that China has proposed a framework of China-led inter-continental development cooperation,which will completely shake off the geopolitical situation of passive dependence on major powers.“One Belt and One Road”strategy provides more international practice space for the enterprises in Hebei Province,and in this period of major economic development strategy opportunities,the study of enterprise internationalization is carried out and it has a strong practical significance.The internationalization strategy of enterprises in Hebei Province is conducive to the realization of regional structural adjustment and industrial upgrading,which provides a broader space for the realization of the goal of “Economically strong province,Beautiful Hebei”.“Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Synergistic Development Plan” pointed out that promotion of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is a major national strategy,and the core is to adjust orderly Beijing non-capitalizing functions and to achieve the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei complementary advantages.And it should be made firstly a breakthrough in the key ares,such as: traffic integration in Beijing,environmental protection,industrial upgrading and industry upgrading.Construction of the national industrial transformation and upgrading of experimental area is one of the important functions for Hebei province.The current world,regional integration has become an important form of promoting trade and investment liberalization.It is of practical significance to study the advantages of Hebei enterprises in utilizing regional economic development,going abroad to realize leaping development.Through the systematic review of the theory of internationalization and reviewing the history and current situation of the internationalization of enterprises in Hebei and China,this paper summarizes the application of various international measurement methods in our country.And through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,using the single-dimensional indicators and international indicators-the index of transnationalization,these two methods,the paper analyses the degree of internationalization of 51 listed companies and 100 Chinese enterprises in the three Hebei enterprises,Hebei Iron and Steel Group,Kailuan Group and Jizhong Energy G roup,and it also compares with the international average level of Chinese enterprises.On this basis,the author finds out and points out the shortcomings of the international measurement methods of the existing enterprises,and puts forward that the international comparison measures should be taken into consideration when constructing the international measurement methods of enterprises.On the basis of Lu Tong cobweb model,we introduce new variable factors,such as national risk,response index to domestic and foreign markets in global view,the existence and effective implementation of internationalization strategy,the growth of enterprises and the enterprises' profitability and so on.Among them,the national risk is negatively related to the degree of internationalization of enterprises.In addition,the response index to domestic and foreign markets in global view,the growth of enterprises,corporate profitability and other factors are positively correlated to the the degree of internationalization of enterprises.Based on the basic principle of the original spider web model and the other scholars' revision of the model,the new factors are introduced into the revised model to construct a new spider web model.The spatiotemporal area is used to measure the internationalization degree of the enterprise.In this way,corporate internationalization can be dynamically and comprehensively reflected.Through the measurement of the degree of internationalization of enterprises in Hebei Province and the comparison with the international average level of the national enterprises,the internationalization level of Hebei enterprises is found relatively low.The insufficience of the Internationalization of enterprises,the basic level of economic development,the international environment and the lack of export-oriented talent,information access constraints and other factors constrai n the process of enterprise internationalization in Hebei Province.Learning from the developing experience of the internationalization of the enterprises at home and abraod,and learning from South Korea,the United States,India,Japan,the European Union,Australia,India and other countries or regions in the internationalization of enterprises,some main obstacles in the process of internationalization of enterprises in Hebei Province are found out,combining with the two national strategies of “One Belt and One Road” and “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperation Development”.In order to avoid the risk of some countries and speed up the reaction of enterprises to the international market,some suggestions are mentioned to strengthen the information service system construction,the right location choice and industry choice policy recommendations.
