With the development of China's reformation and open policy, and the accelerating pace of globalization, more and more Chinese enterprises are realising that internationalization of operation has become the trend of the world, and implement the strategy of "going global" in success. On this condition, it increasingly becomes an important theme to study the internationalization degree of the domestic enterprises. Zhejiang, is one of the most developed provinces, in which, the quantity of going out firms is No.1 in China. Which level of internationalization are they in? How to carry out strategies of internationalization? What example does the process of Zhejiang firms'internationalization make to other enterprises in rest regions? Research on this question has much realistic significance.This paper focuses on how to evaluate Zhejiang enterpriser's degree of internationalization. And analyzing the questions in the course of the development of internationalization, this paper puts forward the development strategies on how to impel the internationalization process of enterprises in Zhejiang province. The first part, is the exordium. I put forward the sense of choosing this theme, introduce the methods adopted in paper, and the paper frame.In the second part, I sum up the frame of the traditional theories about enterprise internationalization, the study of domestic economists about the Zhejiang firms' internationalization. I enumberate several measurement models of enterprises' internationalization in the present global economics field.In the third part, on the basis of the previous study, I establish a model of cobweb evaluating area-enterprise internationalization degree from two dimensionality—inner internationalization and outer internationalization, including a system comprising three class indexes. Taking the methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis, I adopt the latest data about the eight indexes of Zhejiang's enterprises to measure and evaluate the degree of their internationalization.The outcome of the measurement shows: the level of the internationalization degree of Zhejiang's enterprises is very low; and the degree of inner internationalization is lower than that of outer internationalization. The determinant factor of the lower internationalization degree of Zhejiang's enterprises is the poor ability of technical innovation, which is lack of enough investment on R&D and high technologies from developed countries and regions.In the forth part, I take the mothed of econometrics to analyze the internationalization of 13 private firms in Zhejiang province. Private economy, with its production accounting for above 70% of the output, is one of the characteristics of Zhejiang economy. I analyze the internationalization effect on the income of 13 large listed private firms by the method of establishing a function model. The demonstration result indicates there is puny effect from the factor of internationalization on the income in the 13 private firms. This again validates the outcome of the cobweb model of area enterprise internationalization degree from the perspective of effect of internationalization.At the last part, I make a conclusion and emphasize on the questions existing in the process of internationalization in Zhejiang's enterprises, and bring forward several suggestions for enterprises to overcome their obstacles and to carry out their internationalization strategies.
