Nowadays,there are two main directions about the media education of bachelor's degree in domestic colleges and universities based on these reasons that subject classification and school history.One is the Journalism and Communication Education which is represented by the Journalism Education.The other one is the Media Art Education which represented by the Film and Television Education.Many subjects of the Media Art Education remain belonged to the science of arts and have an irresistible barrier with the science of journalism and communication.However,the Media Art Education and the Journalism and Communication Education are being integrated that promoting the media education from a “Tiny News“ to a “Giant Communication”,because of the media convergence.At present,the integration of the media convergence in the Internet era brings great challenges to the professional media education,and also provides an important opportunity for the innovation of Media Talent Cultivation Model.Based on the new ideas,new technologies and new paradigm of educational technology,as well as the experience and problems about Media Talent Cultivation from the domestic and aboard,this paper try to build a new cultivation model of media talents which starting from the basic process and the core of learning.The main body of the dissertation can be divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the Research on the development of industry and the demand of Media Talents in the Context of media Convergence,concerned about the development trend of the media industry and the profound changes,mainly analyzes the new demand of media industry,the new position of media and the new connotation of media post.The second chapter is about the Media Talent Cultivation Models and Problem Analysis,will be mainly focuses on the development experience of Chinese and overseas professional media education,intensively presenting the current problems.The third chapter is the New idea and Paradigm shift of Media Talent Cultivation,which mainly focuses on the new ideas,new goals,new paths and new paradigm of the media talent cultivation,which advocates transforming the Teaching Paradigm to the Learning Paradigm,from Instructional Design to Learning Environment Design,and from Constructivism to Connectivism.The forth chapter is the Model Innovation of the Media Talent Cultivation,try to build new Media Talent Cultivation Model under the convergence context from the basic process of learning.The paper is trying to forge a cultivation mode for convergence-oriented media talents.This mode highlights four keywords like “Media convergence”,“Paradigm shift”,“Field integration”,and “Deep interaction”.“Media convergence” will be faced by media scholars as a professional context;also it is a practical context for the cultivation of media talents.“Paradigm shift” means that the cultivation idea,the goal,the method,the mechanism and other aspects should comprehensively and deeply reformed and innovated in the development strategy of integration complicated social and cultural context.“Field integration” refers to convergence context of the formal and informal learning fields,and the learning fields of the practical space,the virtual world,the information field,the knowledge field,the emotion field,the conation field and the value field need to be validly integrated and to take their effects.“Deep interaction”is the dimension of interaction in learning process,which includes the interaction between learners and learning contents,as well as the deep interaction between teachers and students,students and their partners,humans and machines.This paper considers that the cultivation of media talents is fronted with a paradigm shift amidst the convergence context.That means mode innovation is an urgent front-burner issue.On the basis of the idea renewal,the objective adjustment and the process rebuilding,this paper innovatively builds an ideal model and a practical framework for Media Talent Cultivation.This mode emphasizes the valid unity of the cultivation idea,the cultivation goal and the cultivation process,meanwhile,underlines the combination of content,motivation and interaction.In a certain degree,it has a theoretical value,as well as has instruction and learning values,especially for Media Talent Cultivation in local colleges and universities.
