Research On Training Mode Of Chinese Announcer And Anchor In The Digitization And Media Convergence Age

News announcer and anchor serves as an important component in radio and TV news production. China’s media industry is at the stage of transformation of Digitization and Media Convergence, working capacity and the overall quality has put forward higher requirements to the News announcer and anchor. This also presents new challenges to the talent cultivation mode of colleges and universities.Broadcasting and hosting professional has been the main forceof news announcer and anchor in China. In recent years, professionals of the radio and TV in the field of news has become diversification and specialization, especially practitioners that have a professional background in journalism and communication. However, the existence of theoretical and practical issues related to personnel training disjointed in Chinese Universities, there is large room for improvement in the curriculum, training objectives, training mode and so on.This thesis is based on the whole environment of media development, study of literature research, content analysis, comparative study and other research methods. From the news announcer and anchor’s role and capacity requirements departure, it studies talent source of news announcers and professional personnel training in colleges. It also analysis the problems and make specific recommendations for training model of news announcer and anchor according to media industry.
