Study On The Talent Cultivation Of College Editing And Publishing Major Under The Background Of Media Convergence

With media's social role and status increase in today's world life,professional education of publishing plays a more and more important role in our country's economic construction,political construction and cultural construction.Especially today's media convergence goes to deeper,the talent cultivation of publication has important strategic significance to construction of the new media group in our country.Fusion development of the publication industry should be provide more jobs for publishing talent employment,but the present situation is subsequent jobs crisis and employment direction mismatching specialty,the suppliers and the demanders of talent market appeared dislocation in terms of talent cultivation.At the meantime,the existing mode of editing and publishing major's talent cultivation emerge problems that is not appropriate to the trend of media convergence.The existence of these contradictions is worth us to conduct the thorough research to the editing and publishing talent cultivation's problems.This paper will conclude present situation of editing and publishing major's undergraduate education of our country,summarize the development history of editing and publishing subject higher education,Update data and information about colleges' number of setting up the majors,regional distribution,the types of colleges and universities,faculty membership through a wide range of data collection and interviews,with analysis the undergraduate education plan of each colleges and universities,elaborate the problems and difficulties that editing and publishing major face in talent cultivation in China.By comparing the foreign advanced education mode and experience,put forward the corresponding reform measures for these problems,put forward operable suggestions for the reform of editing and publishing talent cultivation in media convergence period.Due to the limited of space and the conditions of survey,in this paper,the main research object of this paper is undergraduate education.This thesis is divided into six parts:The first part is analysis general situation of the development and currentsituation of editing and publishing specialty.The author according to the characteristics of development,divided the editing and publishing major's development into three periods;From the quantity of colleges that set up the editing and publishing majors,regional distribution,school type and department distribution four aspects respectively to make sheets,to summarize the status quo of editing and publishing higher education.The second part is editing and publishing talent cultivation mode analysis.Select several colleges and universities as samples those have typical experience on editing and publishing education.From multiple dimensions to study the talent cultivation mode of those colleges and universities,analyze the basic characteristics of publishing education.The third part is analysis the problems that exist in the talent cultivation of editing and publishing major in media convergence period.Through analyze the current employment situation,summary the existing problems on talent cultivation of editing and publishing.The forth part is research of editing and publishing education mode abroad.By comparing the publishing higher education of the United States,UK,Japan and other countries,analyze the characteristics of the foreign talent cultivation.provide advices to our editing and publishing education.The fifth part is the measures of the talent cultivation mode reform of editing and publishing major under the background of media convergence.In view of the above questions and difficulties,put forward specific reform measures such as adjust education plan,optimizing the course system,reconstruction experiment practice teaching system,strengthening the cooperation between colleges and publishing enterprise,Strengthen exchanges at home and abroad.The last part is the conclusion part of the paper.Make a future prospect to the development of our editing and publishing higher education and forecast development trend,at the last,pointed out the shortcomings in the course of study.
