| ObjectiveAllergic rhinitis is a specially challenged individual allergic to allergens that are mediated by IgE,a variety of immunocompetent cells and cytokines involved in nasal mucosa.Conservative estimates,the world's allergic rhinitis patients around 500 million.Over the past 20 years,the incidence of AR increased year by year,different regions in different populations in the incidence rate of 1%-40%.Modern medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis mainly use drugs to interfere with the body's hypersensitivity process,thereby slowing down all kinds of symptoms,but the drug there is a certain side effects.Chinese acupuncture in the world of hot,proved to be widely accepted by patients,but because it is relying on metal needles,and traumatic irritation,some patients fear this stimulus.Therefore,laser acupuncture came into being.Laser acupuncture is the use of low-power helium-neon laser irradiation in a specific acupuncture point,in the use of traditional Chinese medicine meridian acupoints theory of treatment of disease and no side effects on the basis of the advantages of the surgeon from the traditional needle to stimulate the trauma Can also be acupuncture treatment.Therefore,the study of low power He-Ne laser irradiation of specific acupuncture points for the treatment of allergic rhinitis,has a good research and application prospects.This study will use clinical randomized controlled trials,low-power helium-neon laser irradiation Yingxiang acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis effect of observation,and its mechanism of action to explore the clinical use to provide a theoretical basis.MethodIn October 2015 to October 2016 in Guangdong Province,Luogang Huangpi Hospital ENT and acupuncture and moxibustion to collect persistent severe allergic rhinitis patients in 60 cases.The diagnostic criteria for all included cases were developed with reference to the WHO diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis formulated in the 2008 WHO Guidelines on the Effects of Anticarditis and Its Impact on Asthma(ARIA),and developed a series of inclusion criteria based on research needs,Exclusion criteria,termination criteria,etc.All cases were divided into treatment group and control group according to simple random method.The treatment group used low-power helium-neon laser irradiation within the Yingxiang points,each time 10 minutes,once a day,five times for a course of treatment:two days after the start of the next course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.After getting up in the morning and before going to bed with both hands,the index finger massage Yingxiang points 100 times,the intensity of the patient can tolerate the degree of massage to the skin slightly red.Continuous massage for two weeks.The control group was treated with cetirizine for oral administration once daily for 10mg for two weeks.The following indicators were observed before and after treatment.Total Nasal Symptom Score(TNSS)was used as the main observation index.During the treatment and follow-up period,the total-score of nasal symptoms was divided into four symptoms:nasal congestion,runny nose,nasal itching and sneezing.Symptoms are divided into five levels according to severity:0 = asymptomatic,1 = mild,2 = moderate,3 = heavier,4 = very heavy The total score is the total score of nasal symptoms.The highest score of 16 the form of self-evaluation every day.Nasal conjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ):divided into activities,sleep,non-nasal symptoms,practical problems,nasal symptoms,eye symptoms,emotional and other seven dimensions,a total of 24 questions,each one by 0 = No troubles,1 = almost no distress,2 = some distress,3 = moderate distress,4 = very troubled,5 = very troubled,6 = extremely distress to score.Each dimension is scored separately,and the total score is RQLQ total score.The highest score of 144 points.The patient is asked by the evaluator after the record.During the second visit(before the first treatment),the 8th visit(before the 7th treatment),the 13th visit(the first two days after the 12th treatment).And the mechanism of EOS and total IgE in the treatment of allergic rhinitis were studied by laser acupuncture and moxibustion.ResultsA total of 60 patients were included in the inclusion criteria,55 cases were completed,including 27 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group.(P>0.05).All the observed parameters included TNSS major symptom score and TNNSS concomitant symptom score,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).All the observed parameters included TNSS primary symptom score and TNNSS concomitant symptom score,RQLQ quality of life score,eosinophil count EOS,total IgE levels were not significantly different between the two groups showed a statistically significant difference(P>0.05),that is observed consistent baseline.After treatment,the main symptom scores and TNNSS symptom score,RQLQ quality of life score and total IgE level were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),and the two groups were treated by the two groups Can significantly improve the allergic rhinitis nasal congestion,runny nose,nasal itching,sneezing four main symptoms,improve the symptoms associated with the quality of life and patients,and reduce the patient's peripheral blood total IgE levels.At the second week of treatment,the TNSS primary symptom score and TNNSS symptom score and RQLQ quality of life score were lower in the treatment group than in the control group.However,after 4 weeks of treatment,the three scores of the two groups were consistent(P>0.05),that is,after the end of the course of treatment,laser acupuncture can be obtained and drug treatment similar effect.(P>0.05).In the laboratory index method,the treatment group and the control group did not show significant changes in EOS after treatment(P>0.05).For the serum total IgE level,both the treatment group and the control group could significantly decrease the serum Total IgE level(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionIn this study,two groups of allergic rhinitis cases were collected by randomized controlled trials,and each intervention was carried out by laser acupuncture and western medicine treatment.The following conclusions were obtained:low power He-Ne laser irradiation Yingxiang acupuncture treatment of allergies Rhinitis,can effectively improve the patient's various clinical symptoms and quality of life,and can reduce the body's hypersensitivity,so as to treat allergic rhinitis. |
