| ObjectiveTo observe the result of lumbar disc prolapse between catgut embedding of acupoints therapy as cold dampness bi-syndrome with conventional electric acupuncture therapy,assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the acupuncture point bury a line therapy to treat the disease,for acupuncture point bury line therapy for clinical of cold dampness bi-syndrome type lumbar inter-vertebral disc protrusion and provides the basis for promotion.MethodsRandomized method selection 60 patients with cold dampness bi-syndrome type of lumbar inter-vertebral disc protrusion were divided into two groups,one group for catgut embedding therapy and another group one for conventional electric acupuncture therapy,and each group has 30 cases.Compared with curative effect treatment for disc herniation.Catgut embedding therapy treatment period for once a week,two weeks for one treatment cycle,both two courses need continuous treatment,one time treatment per day.and conventional electric acupuncture group treatment for five days to rest two days in a row,two weeks(ten times)for a period of treatment,the treatment of two consecutive period of treatment.On two groups of patients before treatment,treatment after a period of treatment,treatment after two courses of treatment,and follow-up for 3 months after treatment,the patient's symptoms and signs and comprehensive evaluation of pain,according to the evaluation results were statistically analyzed,and two kinds of therapy to treat cold dampness bi-syndrome model to evaluate.Results1.Observation before and after treatment with two groups of JOA score scale.Two groups of patients before treatment JOA score scale scores were analyzed by paired samples test results showed that there was no statistically significant difference after treatment the scores were significantly increased,indicating two kinds of treatments can improve the symptoms and function of patients,the two groups have the obvious curative effect.Between the two groups on the JOA scale scores of independent sample test,results suggest that improve bladder function score,subjective symptoms and curative effect of catgut embedding group was significantly better than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups are comparable.2.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in VAS,PRI,PPI.After the first course of treatment,the two groups were significantly improved in VAS,PRI,PPI(P<0.05).After the end of treatment and 3 months follow-up results showed statistically significant(P<0.05),catgut embedding group is better than the electric acupuncture group.The embedding group scores were improved compared with the conventional acupuncture group,its long-term efficacy is superior to conventional acupuncture group.3.Comparison of clinical efficacy,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion1 Both of Catgut embedding into acupoints therapy and conventional acupuncture method can improve the clinical symptoms of cold dampness type of lumbar disc herniation.Therapeutic effect of acupoints catgut embedding group in clinical symptoms,signs and pain score was significantly better than the routine acupuncture group.After treatment,the two groups can effectively relieve the pain and improve the symptoms and signs,the conventional electro acupuncture group after a course of treatment,can play a role in analgesia,but after the end of the second course of treatment of patients with symptoms and signs have been repeated.Good analgesia after the treatment effect of acupoints catgut embedding group,the effect is stable,symptoms and signs can improve the cold dampness type of lumbar disc herniation caused by.2 Catgut embedding therapy for treatment of cold dampness type of lumbar disc herniation has a definite effect,and because of its advantages of lasting effect,simple operation,small trauma,fewer treatment,is worth further research and promotion. |
