As a kind of social consciousness,value reflects the relationship of value and is the foundation of people’s thoughts and behavior criterion.Value mainly refers to the basic concept and basic views of value, and values are the basic value orientation of people. As college students of youth groups in the country, largely the value orientation of them affects the value orientation of Chinese society in the future. Also the value education of college students(this article refers to the college students’ socialist core value education) refers to the value attitudes,value orientations,value standards, value judgments,value goals and value choices of the college students themselves.With the development of mobile internet and the application of intelligent terminal equipment innovation, smart terminal equipments such as micro-blogs, WeChat, micro-videoes and other media are represented in a variety of "micro" modes of transmission presenting unstoppable trend of development in the student population, and gradually infiltrate daily study and life of college students.Micro-media provide a variety of ways and convenient conditions for college students’ value education.Especially micro-media have a great negative impact on the healthy growth of college students and challenge shaping of their scientific value by spreading a lot of destructive information.Young college students are the hope of national prosperity and rejuvenation, their value orientation has great influence on the value orientation of Chinese society in the future. At present, the college students’ values ideas blend multiple diverse changeable. With exchanges of all kinds of social ideological trend, the task of college students’ values education is more urgent and arduous than ever. The era today is the popularization of the network new media era and the age of communication focus, flattening. In this era, college students’ values education is facing many opportunities and challenges. But with the progress of network information technology and the diversity of forms, the media as a new network media with the help of the current network culture gradually heating up in the audience, received popular sought after and loved, especially the favor of more and more college students.And the college students’ concept of value, value judgment, value attitude has a subtle influence values. Represented by weibo, WeChat of micro-media as a new information communication platform, the technology continues to mature and perfect, also more and more powerful. When more and more commercial and entertainment information into micro-blogs, WeChat, as the media of frequent users and contacts, college students in the process of use and contact the media, and it is possible to enrich its horizons, broaden the knowledge, but a platform of the media and the transmission of the information values and its values education to college students is bound to produce certain positive impacts and negative impacts. And how to optimize in the media for the positive role of college students’ values, avoiding even offset its negative influence, is the national, social, and personal aspects should be given attention and recognition.College students, as future national construction and development of talent, are concerning the direction of the country’s future development, and strengthening the education for college students becomes increasingly important, especially in the current context of micro-media information age, we need to give full play to the positive role of the media, to explore feasible path to promote college students’ values education.College students are in the critical period of the formation and establishment of values.Under the influence of modern information technology, college students’ values education faces many challenges, and its value changes and micro media age has a large degree of influence on the values. In the micro-media background, college students are getting used to the micro-media which is indispensable in their daily lives and learning life, they make use of "micro-media" in everyday school life, and more easily get access to information, and shape their values with the realization of micro-media. "Micro-media" has the characteristics of concealment and propagation, in the exercise of its positive effects on the physical and mental health of college students growth and value shaping at the same time, it also has its negative effects.this paper, which is on the basis of the investigation, will be dedicated to describe the positive role and the negative impact of micro values of college students, and propose appropriate coping strategies and approaches.Mainly divided into seven chapters.Chapter one, introduction. Address each selected topic origin, purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research situation, development trend and existing problems of the topic, research objectives and research topics, the key to solve the problem, proposed research methods, technical route, the experiment scheme and feasibility analysis.Chapter two, defines the core concepts. The basic content analysis of micro media characteristics, define value, values, basic connotation values and values education, etc,to prepare basic theoretical preparation for the later chapters. The first thing to solve the problem of the basic theoretical issues and concepts, the related key words and concepts to define the corresponding academic scrutiny and significance, analyze the micro media, value and values, the core values, the socialist core values and the system of socialist core values, college students’ values education, such as some basic concepts, article points to make a detailed analysis to the media, the media, value, values, values and values education made a brief definition of the core concepts and theoretical reflection.Chapter three, set forth college students’ values and their relative contents of values education. Expound the meaning, structure, class, the development of form process and its influencing factors of the college students’ value.Summarize the basic connotation of value education of the college students’ to explore the contents,objectives, methods, means and carrier of the college students’ values education. From the needs of the development of college students’ healthy growth, the current reform and the challenges facing the start, briefly expound the necessity of college students’ values education.Chapter four, the intrinsic relationship of the micro-media and college students’ values education. From the following three aspects to briefly expound the correlation of college students’ values education and micro-media:the feasibility and necessity of micro-media as college students’ values education carrier; under the perspective of micro-media, briefly explain the subjects and objects of college students’ values education; analysis the three forms of carrier of micro-media for college students’ value education. College students’ values education should always be smoothly through certain carrier, and the carrier is one of the important factors of college students’ values education, only on certain carrier, tools and means, in the perspective of the micro-media College students’ values education goal, task, content, method, etc can be implemented. And usually, the college students as a pedagogue, the interactive relationship between educators and also need a certain platform, tool and carrier for promotion. In the information age, the media as a new network media is an indispensable process of college students’ values education specific carrier. This chapter is to explore the possibility of micro media as the college students’ values education, the necessity and its main forms.Chapter five, the research about the current situations of college students’ value education under the perspective of micro-media. Design the questionnaire presciently.Study the impacts of the micro-media on college students’ values and its value education to explore some basic situations and the existing problems for the next chapter study. Under the micro-media perspective explore the influencing factors of college students’ value education. From the following three aspects the design of the questionnaire,investigation target,the main contents of the survey purposes to survey the current situation of college students’ value education in micro-media perspective. Analysis of the basic situations of the micro-media using of college students to explore the status quo of college students’ values education under the micro-media background.Chapter six, the influence of the micro-media on college students’ value and their value education. Respectively from the effect of the positive and negative influences to explore the influences of micro-media on college students’ value and their value education.Analysis of the main problems of college students’ values and their education and its influencing factors under the micro-media perspective.Chapter seven, explore the countermeasures and suggestions in guiding college students’ values education under the micro-media perspective.Combined with the experience and the present situation in front of the micro-media use among college students in the survey, fully understanding the impact of micro-media values of college students and fully explaining the changes in micro-media educational background of students values carrier on the basis of what happened, we need to explore effective ways on how to use micro mainstream media to do the work to build the values of the student population and how to actively promote students values education. Micro-media has both positive effects on college students’ values, also have a negative impacts.All parties need to create synergies and micro-media guide positive energy transmission of information to prevent the spread of bad information and to make college students grasp the correct value orientation and value pursuit. This chapter mainly from five aspects as follows the cultivation and practice of socialist core values, innovative micro-media contents and form, the core values of college students’ beliefs, and actively carry out the media literacy education, improve the network management and media ethics system to explore paths of College Students’ value education under micro-media perspectives.In the dot-com days and the era of big data, WeChat, micro-blog, micro-video and other micro-media are important platforms and carriers for college students getting information and expressing themselves. And micro-media will exert influences on college students’ values and its value education.At the same time, WeChat, micro-blog and other micro-media also play an important role in the process of college students’ value education.On the basis of exposition of key concepts and main points, this article is mainly reflected in:firstly, explain the relevance of micro-media and the college students’ value education. This paper analyzes micro-media environment of college students’ value education and explores the feasibility and necessity of the micro-media as an important carrier for college students’ values education, and explores the form of the carrier of college students’ value education as the case analysis of weibo and WeChat in the new period.Secondly, under the background and the perspective of micro-media this paper explores the countermeasures and paths of college students’ values education. Concerted efforts need to give full play to the synergy to promote values education of college students.
