ObjectivesTo develop a scale for Medical students’social entrepreneurial motivation and identify the status of Medical students’ social entrepreneurial motivation so as to investigate the analysis of the factors influencing medical students’social entrepreneurial mot ivation. In order to provide a scientific basis for cultivating medical students’ entrepreneurial motivation of relevant departments.Methods1.When develop a scale for Medical students’social entrepreneurial motivation, related literature had been extensively reviewed, related instruments developed domestic and abroad already had been consulted, suggestions from experts had been considered before the initial questionnaire formed, this inventory tested121medical students’social entrepreneurship of Changsha city, Five methods were used in item analyzing, such as t-test, correlation analysis, factor analysis and so on. items reserved formed the simple screening questionnaire for Medical students’ social entrepreneurial motivation test version.2.In the quantitative research on factors of medical college students’ social entrepreneurship motivation, selected291college and graduated three years social entrepreneurship medical students as the research object, factors of social entrepreneurship motivation status of medical students and its influence on. All of the data was statistically analyzed using SPSS18.0, AMOS17.0and other statistical software. The main methods include factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and variance analysis.3.In the qualitative study of Medical College Students’social entrepreneurship motivation and effect, taking4typical social entrepreneurship Medical College as an example, exploratory case analysis.Results291medical students’social entrepreneurs participated in this survey between June and November2013. Among them, the number of male was154(52.89%), female137(47.11%); the only-child109(37.46%), non-only-child182(62.54%);clinical medicine64(21.99%), health service management79(27.15%), pharmacy91(31.29%), others57(19.59%); the people of villages187(64.26%), the county town73(25.09%), the large and medium-sized cities31(10.65%)1.Inventory and assessment results20items were retained. The questionnaire consisted of5sub-scales which were Public service, fairness and justice, dedication, achievement orientation, control orientation. All subscales of Cronbach’s a coefficients between0.705-0.805,the test-retest correlation coefficient ranged of each subscale scores of the Pearson correlation coefficients ranged from0.733-0.832.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that structure measurement model as following:x2=281.650, Df=160, x2/Df=1.760, CFI=0.922>0.9, TLI=0.907>0.9, RMSEA=0.074<0.1,the model which is fitting better, has the good structure validity.2. Determinants analysis(1) From the aspect of characteristics, the analysis on undergraduates’entrepreneurial motivation indicates that the achievement and the sense of responsibilities can be the prediction index(P<0.01) of altruistic motivation whose analysis from the aspects of the achievement need and sense of responsibilities also demonstrates that those two variables can explain33.5%of total variation jointly; the two variables can be the prediction index(P<0.01) of egoistic motivation as well whose analysis from the aspects of them shows that they can explain38.6%of total variation jointly.(2) From the aspects of environment elements, the analysis on undergraduates’entrepreneurial motivation displays that the social and economic conditions, the policies and regulations of governments, and non-financial supports can be the prediction index(P<0.01) of altruistic motivation whose analysis from the aspects of those three variables also indicates that they can explain20.7%of total variation jointly; the three variables can be the prediction index(P<0.01) of egoistic motivation as well whose analysis from the aspects of them indicates that they can explain11.9%of total variation jointly.(3) Logistic regression indicate that to altruistic motivation, influential faetors of anxiety were the achievement, the policies and regulations of governments, and the sense of responsibilities, they can explain53.5%of total variation jointly; to egoistic motivation, influential faetors of anxiety were the achievement, the sense of responsibilities,the policies and regulations of governments, professional backgrounds, and the social and economic conditions, they can explain49.2%of total variation jointly.3. Social entrepreneurship motive and influencing factors of qualitative analysisFour cases of qualitative analysis indicate that undergraduates’ entrepreneurial motivation have the structure of public services, fairness and justice, dedication, achievement orientation and control orientation. At the same time, Personality Characteristics and Entrepreneurial Environment are the main effect of the medical college student social entrepreneurship motive factorsConclusionsIdentify and validate the structural dimension of Medical students’ social entrepreneurial motivation in china include five dimensions of public services, fairness and justice, dedication, achievement orientation and control orientation,a total of20items of five dimensions. That is reliable and effective assessment tools,can be applied to the medical college students social entrepreneurship motive survey research.The main effect of the medical college students social entrepreneurship altruistic motivation factors include the achievement, the policies and regulations of governments, and the sense of responsibilities, The main effect of the medical college students social entrepreneurship egoistic motivation factors include the achievement, the sense of responsibilities,the policies and regulations of governments, professional backgrounds, and the social and economic conditions.
