| Entrepreneurship,as a key procedure to create and implement new opportunities in an extremely complex environment,plays an important role in promoting the development of economy and the sustainable operation of social life.Based on the theory of self-determination,this study analyzes and verifies the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation,and takes entrepreneurial self-efficacy as an intermediary variable to further verify the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation.At the same time,it also enriches and broadens the research in the field of entrepreneurship theory.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature on entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship motivation and so on,a model of relationship among entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and college students’ entrepreneurial motivation is established in this paper.Through the recovery,statistics and analysis of 408 valid questionnaires,the reliability and validity of entrepreneurial education,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation scale were tested.Through regression analysis,it is proved that both school and individual factors play a positive role in predicting entrepreneurial motivation.Between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial self-efficacy also plays a part of intermediary role.Based on the above analysis,the In order to stimulate college students’ entrepreneurial motivation,this study puts forward three suggestions for entrepreneurship education: perfecting the guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship management in colleges and universities,constructing the curriculum system of characteristic entrepreneurship education,and enriching the entrepreneurial practice activities in colleges and universities. |
