Clinical Research On The Treatment Of High Perianal Abscess By Limited-Seton Therapy

Object: This subject based on MRI technology and biomethanics theory,Researching the possibility and clinical value of treating high perianal abscess in themeans of limited-seton therapy, it has some positive meaning in keeping the highcure rate,anus protection,alleviating the pain,reducing the difficulty of operation.Itimproved the cure rate of high perianal abscess and made advantage of setontherapy of TCM.Method: Make the technical specification of the high perianalabscess,including limited-seton therapy and orientation-seton,compared with themajor operation. 60 patients with high perianal abscess were divided into 2groups atrandom,the treatment group and the control group, in order to observe thetreatment effection.such as curative effect, operation time, clinical symptom,hospital stay, the anus function. and Study the limited-seton therapy, explore thehigh perianal abscess by MRI guide the practical application of limited-setontherapy.Results: Biomethanics showed that, puting the spacer into the appropriateposition,the pressure in the top is several times of the pressure in the bottom,thus itcan grow prioritly.MRI is superior to the rectum examining in finding abscess space(P＜0.05),although it is lower than the digital in fing internal opening.(P＜0.01),itcan make judge abscess interval and internal opening accurately.The curation rate of the treatment group is as much as the control group, butthe cost of operation time and days of hospital stay are shortened down.By usingthis kind of treatment we can reduce the pain of the patients without causing anyanus disfunction. The difference between the 2 groups is of statisticsignificance(P＜0.05). Conclusion: The technology included limited-seton therapy andorientation-seton;This subject changed the view that the seton therapy in highperianal abscess must reach the top.The limited-seton therapy makes the operationeasier, reduces the patients pain and shortens the days of hospital stay with highcuration rate,in this way the limited-seton therapy protects the anus function for themaximun degree. MRI offers very good guidance in in finding Abscess interval.Theresearch shows that orientation-seton has based on biomethanics,it has effect oforientation cut,it can play advantage of seton therapy.
