Materials Different Seton For Complex Anal Fistula Wound Healing

OBJECTIVE:The anal fistula is a familiar anorectal diseases,but for the therapy of the anal fistula,there is difficult to choose an operation that has better curative effect,lower pain because of its various methods.,Studied this topic in different seton anal fistula materials on wound healing,which can be designed as a counterpart in the drainage of anal fistula wound up with a rubber band and thread on the 7th China-made medical loose seton separately.Issues linked to the main lines of different materials on the efficacy of anal fistula,through which the treatment of anal fistula comparison,the observation of both the cure rate in the anal fistula,anal function,such as differences in treatment,we can observe the curative effect in order to find out its merit and flaw,and accumulate material for the study of anal fistula.METHODS:40 patients were divided into therapy group and control group in random.There are 20 patients in therapy group and 20 patients in control group.The therapy group is treated with the 7th China-made medical silk loose seton and the control group with the rubber band loose seton.According to the project,we observe the two groups for21days,and note the points of their symptom at 7 days,14 days,21 days after operation,then investigate for three months to half a year.Using these statistic data,we can study the difference in the curative effect,the period of treatment,the ratio of recurrence,the function of the anal sphincter and so on.RESULT:No difference in curative effect,the period of treatment,the ratio of recurrence between the two groups(P＞0.05).at 7～14 days,in accordance with secretions and granulation of fresh growth,the amount of wound exudates,the treatment group reduction than the control group,and granulation of fresh growth than the control group,there was statistically significant difference(P＜0.05),but at 14～21 days,both at discharge and granulation growth no significant difference(P＞0.05), two groups of patients with anal pain at postoperative 7 days,14 days,21 days were not significantly different(P＞0.05),two groups of patients after anal function in patients with subjective evaluation,the finger diagnosis,investigate Scale were not significantly different(P＞0.05).CONCLUSION:The 7th China-made silk loose seton in the protection of anal function,curative effect,the ratio of recurrence,the painfulness is not better than the rubber band loose seton,in course of treatment and curative effect is not the case of differences between the two can be used as anal fistula wound drainage,clinical applications are the key to better select the correct surgical indications and surgical methods,two materials can be as anal fistula treatment Des Department.
