The Clinical Comparative Study Between Electric Acupuncture And Warm Acupuncture Treatment Of Prolapse Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

ObjectiveComparing the clinical curative between electric acupuncture and warm acupuncture treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods108Patients with simple obesity were assigned to treatment groupl (Electric acupuncture group), treatment group2(Warm acupuncture group), and the control group (Ordinary acupuncture group) according to the principle of simple random, control and blindness. Before and after treatment, we evaluate the the curative effect through clinical symptoms, signs, Lumbago scale under the JOA, short form pain scale of Mcqill, disability index scale of Oswestry。ResultsBefore treatment, compared the gender, age, scores of clinical symptoms, signs, Lumbago scale under the JOA, short form pain scale of Mcqill disability index scale of Oswestry of three groups of cases, the value of P of the items are of no significant difference (P>0.05).After treatment, scores of clinical symptoms, signs, Lumbago scale under the JOA, short form pain scale of Mcqill, disability index scale of Oswestry of each group are lower than that before the treatment, the value of P of the items are of significant difference (P<0.05). It show us that:three kinds of treatments all can improve clinical symptoms and signs of lumbar disc prolapse, and daily activities.Compared Electric acupuncture group with Ordinary acupuncture group, the difference are of statistical significant(P<0.05). Compared Warm acupuncture group with Ordinary acupuncture group, the difference are of statistical significant(P<0.05). Compared Electric acupuncture group with Warm acupuncture group, the difference are of no statistical significant(F>0.05).ConclusionElectric acupuncture, Warm acupuncture, and Ordinary acupuncture all can improve clinical symptoms and signs of lumbar disc prolapse, and daily activities, the waist activity. Electric acupuncture is the best.
