| Objectives:Based on Chinese Medicine principles, integrated with modern research achievements as well as clinical random group-divided contrasted studying, observe the effects of curing Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion(LIDP) brought about by combining electric-acupuncture with Uigur medicine applied exteriorly. Established by surgical rat model of lumbar disc herniation to observe the external application of electro-acupuncture combined with drug-dimensional rat model of lumbar disc herniation nerve root tissue phospholipase A2 (PLA2) activity levels, histamine (HTM) in Rats.The first step to investigate in discusssion electric-acupuncture is applied exteriorly following the basis studying in curing the mechanism allaying inflammation and easing pain in LIDP, provided with deep-seated research of the earlier stage more combining with Uigur medicine.Methods:(One) Clinical StudiesThe adoption of domestic and foreign literature study on lumbar disc herminaton of the pathogenesis of Chinese and Western medicine, traditional Chinese treatment-research, as well as acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc hermiation research progress. Altogether choose 91 examples in coincidence with typical patients through statistic analysis, all patients at random are classfied into electricity needle group, stick medicine group and electricity needle+stick medicine group. After curing, compare integral D-value of LIDP in state of after-curing and before-curing, VAS score and the visual form of the evaluation of clinical efficacy.(Two) Experimental StudiesChoose 60 Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats weight 180～200 gs, male and female in halves. They fall into five groups:blank space group, model group, electric-acupuncture group, medicine-plastered group, medicine-plastered group+electric-acupuncture group. Each 12 group, male and female half and half. After every group is cured,Comparison of the nerve roots organizations rats phospholipase A2 (PLA2) activity levels, changes of histamine(HTM) content and neurological score in rats.Results:(One) Clinical StudiesAfter statistical analysis, the electricity needle parallels with medicine-plasered group which has P>0.05, it explains that the two groups have no difference in Symptoms and VAS score, an electric-acupuncture group+medicine-plastered group and an electric-acupuncture group, an medicine-plastered group whose value has P<0.05 has significant difference.(Two)The experiment Studies1.Hospholipase A2 (PLA2) and histamine(HTM) of the nerve roots organizations rats compared with model group indicate that either an electric-acupuncture group,an medicine-plastered group or an electric-acupuncture group+medicine-plastered group has p value <0.05, whose p value has equally significant difference; thus it explains that three kinds of treatment have fairly good effect equally; an electric-acupuncture group+medicine-plastered group and an electric-acupuncture group, an medicine-plastered group whose value has P<0.05 has significant difference, but the electricity needle parallels with medicine-plasered group which has P>0.05;it explains that two kinds of treatment have the fairly good coordination effect.2. Neurological score in rats compared with model group indicate that either an electric-acupuncture group, an medicine-plastered group or an electric-acupuncture group+medicine-plastered group has P value<0.05,whose P value has equally significant difference; thus it explains that three kinds of treatment have fairly good effect equally;an electric-acupuncture group+medicine-plastered group and an electric-acupuncture group,an medicine-plastered group whose value has P<0.05 has significant difference.Conclusion:The electric-acupuncture applied exteriorly combining with Uigur medicine is the effective method curing LIDP's clinically;At the same time, The method can effectively reduce PLA2 and HTM of nerve root in LIDP model rat,thus indicating that the method of lumbar disc herniation model has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
