Research On The Correlation Between The Informatization Level And Core Capabilities Of State-owned Commercial Banks

As an important development strategy of state-owned commercial banks,Bank informati-zation helps to not only promote business process re-engineering and customer relationship manangemnet of banks,but also foster the core capability of state-owned banks.Bank informatization presented new development tency and characteristic after data concentration of large scale.In the base of theories of bank informati-zation,BPR,CRM and core capabilities of banks.This paper constructs the correlation theory model between the bank informatization and core capability formation of state-owned commercial banks and certifies it by reality practice and with its application tools Lisre18.7 and SPSS11.5 according to bank management theory, which may disclose the micromechanism of bank informatization on the fostering of core capability formation and provide actual theory reference for our banks to strengthen the bank informatization construction and further improve core capabilities of banks.
