A Study On Business Process Reengineering In Chinese State-owned Commercial Banks

The purpose of this thesis is to provide some theoretical support and practical guides for Chinese state-owned commercial banks in Business Process Reengineering. This thesis combines theory and practice, and uses a lot of comparative analysis, based on theories such as management theory and the theory of recycling banks. Firstly this thesis gives systematic explanation on the Business Process Reengineering and Business Process Reengineering in the banking, followed by an in-depth analysis of the current business processes and the main defects of Chinese state-owned commercial banks.
