In E-commerce market, to satisfy demand for the true status, credit level, and the ability and will to fulfill agreements on each side of transactions, credit information services is a series of process that professional agencies collect related credit information from diverse resources and process them, then provide completed information products to consumers in order to avoid information asymmetry and hazard in E-commerce transactions. With development recent years, E-commerce has got great achievement, but there still are many problems to resolve. Especially the prevention and control of credit hazard in E-commerce is relatively weak, for example, it is difficult to ensure credit status of counterpart, the responsibilities and rights of trading platform are not yet unambiguous, the grift in transactions is virtually impossible to avoid. So to establish credit data environment and credit information service system will be practical demand and core task in order to prevent credit hazard from transforming into credit crisis and to improve the efficiency and benefit of E-commerce market, and it also provide information science with new research field, namely by related theories of Information Science and Management, researchers will study credit information and related theories and operational mechanism of credit information service in the E-commerce environment. The object of this paper is to make experts in information science pay more attention to credit and credit information service in E-commerce market, to provide theoretical and technical support for collection and development of credit information product and to serve for credit information service system in the socialist market economy environment.There are urgent demand for the credit information service in the E-commerce market. The demand for the collection, process and use of credit information go with entire E-commerce transaction. The rationale, system framework and technique of credit information services is worthy of research by information scientists. This paper utilized Information Science thought and based on information management theory, emphatically resolved theoretical and practical questions of credit information service system construction in the E-commerce environment. This paper provided the theoretical basis, policy suggestion and solution in order to establish and perfect E-commerce credit information service system, and raise the E-commerce market development level.
