Along with the computer and the rapid development of network and application, electronic commerce as a new business model. In driven by information technology, electronic commerce has become the new economic growth point, the C2C electronic commerce pattern is the number pattern the most development potential and prospects for an. In our country, the C2C electronic commerce is later occupied until 2005, despite showing a strong momentum of development, but its rapid development and remarkable achievements are indeed people be obvious to people. At present, as the domestic retail market is an important part of C2C electron business affairs, although the impact of financial crisis, still promoting China's economy as a whole. However, influenced by many subjective and objective factors, such as website business model, network openness and the virtual, the credit system in our country is relatively backward, so that the healthy development of electronic commerce is a severe test. Therefore, the above problem needs the government, relevant departments and scholars on the Chinese C2C e-commerce in the credit information management problems for further research and discussion, and on this basis for our C2C e-commerce credit information management practice to provide more scientific and reasonable theory reference.This paper is divided into the following five chapters: Chapter 1 (Introduction ), the main contents include the research background, purpose and significance of the research, points out the research contents, research methods and the innovation of the article; second chapter, the concept and characteristics of electronic commerce, electronic commerce transaction process, credit management, credit basic features are described in detail; third chapter, on the platform of C2C electron business affairs credit information management problems are analyzed, including the electronic commerce credit problem, C2C transaction credit risk analysis, the C2C platform credit information management problems, the problem of credit data, the problem of credit evaluation system, credit information system general issue in detail, comprehensive the paper summarizes the C2C credit evaluation model; the fourth chapter, related credit problem, the proposed solution, from the laws and regulations, professional and technical, regulatory institutions, relevant technical personnel training and other aspects of the credit information management put forward specific suggestions for implementation; the fifth chapter, summary of the thesis, points out the inadequacy, and to future research prospects.
