The level of credit information service directly determines the development andmaturity of the economy. Now China’s e-commerce development rapidly, but the creditinformation service has seriously lagged behind. Fortunately, the development of creditinformation services in the e-commerce environment has become the focus of socialconcern. In order to solve the problem of information asymmetry in the e-commercetransactions, we should use the e-commerce transactions’ credit information efficiently,and develop credit information service system and the running model.Based on information management theory, credit theory and the practice of thecredit information services, the paper analyzes three international mainstream creditinformation service models and summarizes excellent experience. This paper will usethe experience of development countries to structure china’s credit information servicesystem for reference. After introducing China’s credit information services development,we will discover many problems. In order to solve these problems, this article will builda credit information service system about the standard, technical and management. Inaddition, the paper discusses the running model of the credit information service. Wehope that the e-commerce credit information service system will promote crediteconomic development.
