Study On Enterprise Strategy Behavior Driving By Knowledge Innovation

Today the management environment of enterprises becomes more and more complex. Enterprises have to improve the level of thinking and method of strategy management. On the other hand, enterprises have to acclimate the need and tide of the knowledge innovation development. Using the understanding of knowledge and application of knowledge innovation to support the enterprise strategy management will become the popular current.The key issues of research in this dissertation are strategy management behavior, character analyze, behavior factor scale pattern architecture and behavior framework design. Also, these researches can be supplement of strategy management theory productions.First, we bring forward the economy property, culture property, progress property and ability property of knowledge innovation, three strategy assumptions and structure of strategy management behavior. We believe that the strategy management behavior of knowledge innovation driving enterprise have the common and individual characters. The theory framework was founded from the individual, immanency organization and extrinsic organization.Second, knowledge enterprise special environment, behavior's impact factor, formation and evolvement character of knowledge innovation driving were deeply discussed. We think that the strategy management behavior of knowledge innovation driving enterprise was founded by the special environment of knowledge enterprise. There are three main behavior impact factors: enterprise immanence factor, enterprise extrinsic factor and knowledge innovation driving factor. Driving from the culture, progress, environment, and Enterprise strategy management behavior have special behavior in mentality, progress and evolvement aspects.Third, we analysis the main characters of knowledge innovation driving enterprise strategy management behavior from three views: individual behavior, organization behavior and extrinsic organization behavior.In order to understand the reason of individual behavior, we have to know the immanency mechanism of behavior. So we found "stimulation-motivation-behavior" mechanism, re-divide the main body of strategy management, show the enterprises' innovation inspirit and special behavior mechanism.When we discuss strategy management behavior, we divide strategy management progress into three main aspects: strategy establishment, strategy implement and strategy conversion. When we discuss extrinsic strategy behavior, we draw the conclusion through demonstration research that the enterprises which put the attention on the knowledge innovation will achieve great behavior. Enterprise cooperative behavior based on the knowledge network. It is made of the behavior progress of studying extrinsic recessive knowledge and inventing new across knowledge.At last, we found the evaluation pattern of knowledge innovation driving enterprise strategy management behavior. We research the real operation in enterprise and validate the conclusions which we formed. We design the strategy management behavior framework of individual and organization, analysis the cases and apply the conclusions to the enterprises operation systems. It is convenient for the enterprises to carry out strategy management behaviors.
