Internet Enterprise Laissez-faire Leadership Research On The Influence Of Innovation Behavior Of Knowledge Workers | | Posted on:2024-07-06 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J M Ni | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2569307091475324 | Subject:(professional degree in business administration) | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In the era of VUCA,with the increasing internal and external uncertainty and complexity of organizations,the limitations of traditional top-down management are becoming more and more obvious.As a kind of leadership style,which is deeply related to the Taoist thought of "governing by no means",it gradually attracts the attention of scholars at home and abroad.Compared with other leadership styles,most of the research on Laissez-faire leadership focuses on the negative impact on employees,ignoring the possible positive significance behind it.Although Laissez-faire leadership is associated with many negative outcomes,under certain situational conditions,Laissez-faire leadership can also have a positive impact on subordinates.Internet enterprises are a typical specific situation under the background of the new era,and innovation is the first essential for the development of Internet enterprises.Knowledge workers have become the core force of Internet enterprises’ innovation because of their high professional level and desire for self-realization.Therefore,the research on the influence of knowledge workers’ innovation behavior in Internet enterprises has a unique era significance and theoretical and practical value.On this basis,212 effective samples were collected by means of questionnaire,and the influence and mechanism of Laissez-faire leadership on the innovation ability of knowledge workers in Internet enterprises were deeply discussed.The results show that:(1)Laissez-faire leadership has a significant positive effect on the innovation behavior of knowledge workers in Internet enterprises;(2)Job autonomy plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between the Laissez-faire leadership and the innovation ability of knowledge workers;(3)The working years have a positive moderating effect on the relationship between the Laissez-faire leadership and the innovative behavior of knowledge workers.The results not only enrich the research on the constructive role of the Laissez-faire leader,but also have practical value for improving the innovation behavior of employees in Internet enterprises and promoting the innovation and development of Internet enterprises. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Internet enterprise, Laissez-faire leadership, Knowledge worker, work autonomy, Innovation behavior, Working life | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
