With the continuous development of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises of various countries is also intensifying.Talents become the driving force of competition and innovation becomes the means of competition.As a developing country,China is facing a once-in-a-century major change.The unpredictable international situation has brought many uncertain factors to the domestic economic development.Innovation and development have become an important force and the only choice for enterprises to move forward.From the perspective of knowledge workers,this paper discusses the impact of employees' innovation behavior on innovation performance,and the joint regulatory role of power distance and enterprise nature on this impact.On the basis of relevant literature review,based on equity theory,leader exchange theory,human capital theory and Hofstede's cultural dimension theory,through theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the hypothesis that employees' innovation behavior has a positive impact on innovation performance,and that power distance and enterprise nature have a moderating effect on innovation performance,and then according to theneeds of the research,according to the enterprise nature According to the requirements of quality state-owned enterprises,private enterprises and Sino foreign joint ventures,four enterprises were selected.Through rational analysis,BYD,Inspur information,Mindray medical,Yunnan Baiyao and other units were taken as samples,and then the concept,dimension and influencing factors of the main variables were combed and summarized.In addition,questionnaire survey,t-test and hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze in detail the knowledge-based employees' impact on The influence of enterprise innovation performance,as well as the joint regulatory role of power distance and enterprise nature in the impact of knowledge employees' innovation behavior on enterprise innovation performance.Finally,the data analysis shows that knowledge workers are more likely to have innovative behavior than non knowledge workers.Knowledge workers' innovative behavior has a positive impact on innovation performance,power distance has a regulatory role in the impact of knowledge workers' innovative behavior on innovation performance,the regulatory role of enterprise nature in the impact of employees' innovative behavior on innovation performance is notsignificant,and the enterprise nature is common The results show that there is no significant effect on the innovation performance of enterprises by adjusting the innovation behavior of knowledge workers through the influence of power distance.
