The Study On The Influence Factors Of Knowledge Assurance To Enterprise Innovation

With the improvement of the economic level,the national economic development has evolved from production factor-driven phase and investment-driven phase to innovation-driven phase.Innovation has become an important driving force of social productivity and comprehensive national strength.At the same time,the improvement of informatization degree and the occur of new information revolution have led to the emergence and rapid development of knowledge economy,and knowledge has become an important foundation of economic growth.In addition,the essence of innovation is that enterprises integrate,absorb and utilize the knowledge resources acquired through internal and external sources,and knowledge plays an important role in innovation.In this context,knowledge assurance is particularly important for enterprise innovation.In recent years,China has also increased its emphasis on knowledge assurance which is good for enterprise innovation.However,Our country's enterprises need large-scale and multi-type knowledge and the existing knowledge guarantee is slightly insufficient.Therefore,this study focuses on the influencing factors of knowledge assurance that impact on business innovation,that is,the factors that affect knowledge assurance of enterprise innovation and the influencing level of factors,as well as the relationship between the main factors.This paper mainly includes the following six parts:(1)The first chapter is the introduction part.It expounds the background of knowledge assurance which face to enterprise innovation,analyzes the necessity and importance of knowledge assurance from the two dimensions of theory and practice,and expounds the research purpose,research significance,research content,research methods and innovation points of this paper.(2)The second chapter is the literature review section.By reading,summarizing and analyzing relevant literature about the knowledge assurance for enterprise innovation at home and abroad,the theoretical basis related to the research content is obtained.First of all,it explores the relevant theories of enterprise innovation and introduces the variable "innovation performance of enterprises" to measure the effectiveness of knowledge assurance.Secondly,collating and discriminating the concept and the relationship of knowledge assurance?information assurance and knowledge management,while building the theoretical basis of the factors that affect knowledge assurance;Finally,explaining knowledge assurance system and the effect of knowledge assurance which influence enterprise innovation in detail.(3)The third chapter is the model building part.This chapter bases on the theoretical foundation of the second chapter.Constructing the semi-structured interview outline and interviewing the relevant personnel,and using the NVIVO software to transcribe and encode(open coding,spindle coding and selective coding)the interview contents based on rounded theory.This paper gets six main categories including the incentive of knowledge assurance application(Incentive),the enterprise knowledge management(Management),business knowledge Demands(Demand),knowledge of resources(Resources),knowledge of security perception(Perception)and knowledge of the environment(Environment),And builds the "story line" of the research around the innovation performance of the enterprise,finally obtains the model of influencing factors of knowledge assurance(IMDRPEA model).(4)The fourth chapter is research hypothesis and model verification part.This chapter first explains the main category variables constructed in chapter three and builds some relevant research hypotheses.Second,through the design and collect questionnaires to collect relevant data.Finally,the data were analyzed by simple descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis,mediation effect analysis,direct effect analysis.At the same time,Getting the influence degree of the factors of Knowledge assurance.(5)The fifth chapter is the research conclusions and recommendations.First of all,the conclusion of the data analysis in the fourth chapter is analyzed and discussed.Secondly,Giving some suggestions from the three dimensions of enterprises,knowledge guarantee agencies and government focusing on the influence factors of knowledge assurance.(6)The sixth chapter is conclusion and outlook part.This chapter summarizes the full text,and at the same time draws some shortcomings in this study due to the subjective and objective reasons.It also looks forward to the research focus and trend of future research and the use of research techniques and methods.This paper offers the following two conclusions:(1)Under the background of innovation driven,the influencing factors of knowledge assurance include knowledge demand,incentive of knowledge assurance application,environment of knowledge assurance,knowledge management ability,resource of knowledge assurance and perception of knowledge assurance.(2)Incentive of knowledge assurance application mediates between knowledge assurance perception,knowledge need,knowledge environment,knowledge resource and enterprise innovation performance,the mediating effect is 31.3%,31.2%,31.1%and 30.8%respectively.
