With the increasing global integration and competition at home and abroad,more and more enterprises have realized that corporate culture is an important driver of innovation.As an organization,the innovation of an enterprise must depend on the individual employees.Individual innovation is considered to be the most important factor in the process of organizational innovation,the key to organizational competitiveness and the foundation of high-performance organizations.Among the innovative individual employees,knowledge staff,as the main force of employee innovation,have attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad.Therefore,the innovative behavior of knowledge staff and its influencing factors have great significance to the innovation development of enterprises.At present,the research on enterprise innovation culture is still fragmented and decentralized,mainly qualitative research,less empirical research,and lack of support from systematic theoretical models,leading to the empirical measurement of innovation culture is still in the exploratory stage.Reviewing the previous research results,most of the studies on the Influence of enterprise innovation culture on outcome variables adopt the principal effect model.This study paradigm has great limitations.How enterprise innovation culture affects outcome variables lacks sufficient theoretical explanation,and can?t reveal the deep influence mechanism of innovation culture on outcome variables.Enterprise innovation culture is the sum of values,behavior norms and other elements,and each individual existing in the organization perceives innovation culture differently,and its behavior is difficult to accurately predict.Therefore,this study introduces work values as a mediating variable,focusing on how enterprise innovation culture can interact with employees' work values through its connotative value,and then influence employees' innovative behavior.From a new perspective,this paper explores the relationship between enterprise innovation culture and employee innovation behavior,and enriches the relevant research on the influence mechanism.On the basis of reviewing a large number of historical studies,this study takes work values as a mediating variable to study the relationship between enterprise innovation culture and employee innovation behavior.This paper divides enterprise innovation culture into three dimensions: artificial ornaments,behavioral norms and innovative values,and divides work values into purposeful values and instrumental values.Through SPSS24.0 and AMOS21.0 statistical analysis software,176 valid questionnaires of technical staff of manufacturing enterprises in Chongqing and other provinces and cities were analyzed,and the mediating role of relevant hypotheses and work values in enterprise innovation culture and employee innovation behavior was verified.Empirical research results show that enterprise innovation culture and its three sub-dimensions have significant positive effects on employees' innovation behavior;work values and their two sub-dimensions have significant positive effects on employees' innovation behavior;work values play a complete intermediary role between enterprise innovation culture and employees' innovation behavior.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper puts forward the following suggestions based on the needs of enterprise management practice: 1st,adhere to the cultivation of enterprise innovation culture,and build it according to the needs of employees;2nd,guide employees to establish innovative work values,and guide employees to generate more innovative behaviors through work values;3rd,strengthen the cultivation and management of knowledge staff,and consolidate the foundation of knowledge staff construction and the stability of core technical team.
