Since strategic management came into being, there exists partial emphasis of theory innovation but ignorance of implementation. Some relevant documents on strategic management merely emphasize the ordinary preparing work such as organizational structure adaptation. Thus, strategic execution has been a deficient process for enterprises to implement the strategic management. It isn't until the beginning of the 21st century that business circles and academe began to attach importance to the strategic implementation. Taking overall consideration of the development of world economy and excellent-performance enterprises, entrepreneur, as the engine of market economy and CEO of business, is the core of business leadership group, who plays an important role in the process of management. In the basis of above argumentation, this thesis advances that the canonical form for strategic implementation based on entrepreneurial pattern must be formulated.Firstly, this thesis raises the opinion that performance is the start and end-result of business strategic management. At the beginning of this thesis, it analyzes the strategic implementation efficiency in the view of the connotation of business strategic implementation efficiency and the principal part of business strategic implementation. The strategic implementation, which doesn't work without the allocation of strategic resources, must establish the mechanism of dynamic allocation of business strategic resources. The business vested strategy must be renewed in the process of execution. Moreover, in the term of the current state of business strategic implementation, many detailed optimizing measures are given such as optimization of power structure of high-rank management term, regulation of strategic behavior and so on based on the view that entrepreneurial leadership and executive ability are the key factors of strategic implementation.Secondly, the reason for strategy deviating from performance is that business executive ability is weak, which is also the important cause of deficient business core power. Then, this thesis advances the theoretical framework of executive ability by analyzing and defining the strategic execution and executive ability and puts forward that the theoretical framework of strategic executive ability based on entrepreneurial pattern must be formulated, including...
