Study Of Some Problems In Construction Of Metropoliton Railway Transport

In this dissertation, several main management problems of JINBIN light railway project were studied as follows.Firstly, Approved a new organization management mode to JINBIN light railway project.Secondly, the contract structure and contract management code of JINBIN light railway project were analyzed to monitor the contract execution dynamicly. All participants of project's benefit were considered and friendly dispute solving mode was determined. Determined objects of quality, investment, schedule organization system and total process controlling of project, at the same time, relative controlling measures are involved in. After analyzing the effect and executive rules of information management, information management system was established to carry on automatic engineering management work. The scope, organization and guarantee system of project joint management program and flow were determined. Relative risk factors and their influence were analyzed. Primary and secondary objects and basic measures of joint risk escape of project were established. According to the property of JinBin light railway, the whole life period object of JinBin light railway was divided into four layers of three main objects, all parties'satisfactory, coincide to environment and durational development. At last, all information accumulating system was established.Thirdly,the research put forward the risk analysis and management scheme, established and analyzed the risk management process Risk estate was executed by two steps of fuzzy comprehensive assess and quantity assess. AHP method was used to execute risk sequence arrangement to determine the optimal sequence of response method to deal with risk. Objective risk handling scheme point to actual risk media was specified.Some main innovation study jobs are as follows:1. A new effective mode of four-class project construction management system, namely, decision layer, management layer, monitoring layer and executive layer was framed.2. Accumulating project management contents of Jinbin light railway's total life period was established. New information management system was applied.3. Founded models of risk analysis, risk estate, risk assessment, risk response, risk process for Jinbin light railway risk management.
