High-speed Railway Construction Project Coordination And Management Of Information Technology Research

The once-off character of project management decides the misplay which happened in the process of project management can hardly be corrected, which deserves the participants to adopt feasible measures thus to ensure the success of projects. Project coordination management has been more important in the construction field. For high-speed railway construction project,there are many participants, and their relationships are complicated,In the initiating, planning, implementing and other all life cycle activities of the project, a large group of information concerned projects will be generated. enhancing the ability of the participants on communicating Information, and coordinating the relationship between the participants is the key.The efficiency and cost of project information management will affect the success of project management directly. It is necessary to establish an information platform of Coordinated management.The paper firstly describes related theories of stakeholder coordination management of the construction project, namely stakeholder theory and coordination management thought. Based on the research, the paper defines the stakeholder of high-speed railway construction project。At the meantime, the paper made a detailed analysis on information needed for high-speed railway project stakeholders. Based on these analysis, the article make the planning on how to build information platform for coordinated management of construction projects,think that information integration is the key to achieving coordination management,while the reaserch of the information integration goes throught the whole process information integration and project participants information integration, then built a logical modelAt last,base on the introduction of information put forward general framework of the information platform of coordinated management.And introduce the processing mechanism between the Heterogeneous systems on the issue of information coordination, also process handling mechanism of system. The establishment of information platform of coordinated management provided an effective platform and channel of information communication and sharing among participants, thus to ensure the success of the project.Through the research, the thesis provided the theoretical support and framework for information platform of coordinated management construction, which also provide an alternative and reference for the coordination management and project information management system development.
