Research On Risk Management Of Construction In The West Airport Group In Management Information System

With the rapid development of the modern information technology, the more and more information construction, the risk is increasing accordingly, and the risk management is the key point for the project’s success. Many scholars studied the project risk management, but the effect is not obvious in combination with the actual application. How to deal with it? So far it’s still a big problem. The author take part in a construction of an information system and studied the project risk management.This paper from the basic theory of project management, through the study of project management, information technology project management and project risk management study, from the start of the project risk source, puts forward the management method of the basic management process of risk management in project management. In the first part, mainly introduces the theory of project management, the information project management, project risk management, which laid a theoretical foundation for the paper. In the second part, taking the construction of the West Airport Group management information system as an example, it mainly introduces the situation of information West Airport Group and the construction of management information system, sum up the risk prevention measures, and find out the existing problems and analysis the reason. In the third part, aiming at the shortcoming of the management information system, from the project risk management planning, identification, analysis, response and control the angle of risk management, optimization design. The fourth part from the team, organization setting, project manager, contract management and project quality training, puts forward the management information system of risk management and optimization of safeguard measures.The author thinks risk management of information project is an important part of project management, it affect the delivering of project directly. Project risk management point of view should be the source of project risk, project risk planning, identification, analysis, response and monitoring process to improve risk management capabilities.
