| With the "The Belt and Road" initiative getting more countries to respond and the implementation of the "going abroad" strategy of China Railway.Chinese railway construction enterprises have encountered a series of risks and problems while achieving good performance.It has become a practical problem for construction enterprises and academia to further study the risks and countermeasures of the overseas operation of railway construction enterprises.Firstly,This paper analyses the problems of Chinese railway construction enterprises in the overseas EPC project and the main difficulties of the risk response combined with the actual cases of Chinese railway construction enterprises' overseas EPC project in recent years,and lays the foundation for the study of the risks of EPC railway project in Indonesia.In terms of risk identification,this paper uses risk decomposition method to divide engineering risk into 10 categories from three aspects of country,market and project,then analyses the risk factors in detail and builds a more comprehensive list of risk factors.through the comparison and analysis of the commonly used risk assessment method,this paper selects the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of matter-element extension evaluation method to build the risk evaluation model,at the same time,puts forward comprehensive countermeasures for identifying the risk factors;Finally,through the study of Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail project,obtained the key risk factors and the overall risk level of the project,and put forward specific risk response measures.In view of the complex overseas environment,this paper also puts forward that Chinese enterprises and academics should further strengthen the theoretical research and practical exploration of the EPC model,and combine them to achieve practical value innovation,and then improve the comprehensive strength and overseas operation ability of Chinese construction enterprises. |
