Study On New Product Developing Process Optimization In TR Company

In today’s competitive automobile market, it requires shorter time for automobile product to input to market, but higher requirements regarding safety, environmental protection, energy saving and related regulations and emission standards, and the cost reduction pressure is increasing, which have stimulated the rapid development, application and updates for automobile technologies. But the overall level of China’s auto parts industry is still relatively backward, which has caused that new technology innovation cannot keep pace with the international standards, and the success rate for new product development is very low.Combining the technological specification and advanced planning requirement from international automobile industry, TR new product development experience and2nd party audit results from international high-level customers, this paper summarizes all stages of auto parts development, and eventually formulating a set of development process not only accords with the current status of Chinese auto enterprises, but also accords with TR characteristics and the international quality system requirement of automobile industry. This process will be helpful for TR new product development success rate, product conformity and process standardization.The process in this paper is with great applicability, not only applicable for TR, but also provides new idea and operation method for new product development for other domestic auto parts suppliers.In the end, this paper introduces the practical application of new development process in TR.
