DW Company Mobile Phone Product Development Process Optimization

With the rapid development of the consumer electronics industry,mobile phone products market competition is more and more fierce,and the mobile phone R&D and manufacturing enterprises put forward higher requirements.This requires the mobile phone R&D and manufacturing enterprises to tap their own potential according to the contribution of the industry value chain,improve the efficiency of project management,improve the innovation ability of mobile phone products,to meet the market demand for replacement of mobile phone.The new product development capabilities and process management capabilities of mobile phone companies are the core competitive factors of their companies.Only by improving the management level of mobile phone product development process,using innovative thinking and methods to design a cost-effective mobile phone products in order to enable enterprises to remain invincible in the fierce market competition.Based on such a background,this paper takes DW mobile phone product development process as the research object.Through questionnaires and interviews,we find out the shortcomings and problems faced by mobile phone product development process.According to DW's mobile phone product development actual situation,in-depth analysis of mobile phone product development process,and then refer to the theory of new product development,process optimization theory and process management theory gives the optimization countermeasures.(1)increase the market demand analysis node in the process requirements confirmation stage.(2)optimize the customer confirmation phase in the process.(3)establish the project cost management sub process of mobile phone product development process.(4)adding a review node to the project design phase of the process.Hope that through these countermeasures can improve the DW company's mobile phone product development efficiency,and thus improve the profitability of the company as a whole.At the same time,the research results of this paper are also valuable for reference to other enterprises in the mobile phone industry under the pressure of market competition.
